I voted against this change but we were swamped by institutional investors, who are not worried about ISA wrappers nor OBC. All you can do is keep chasing your broker for support. Looks like HL have come up with the formal transfer but when it comes to selling these, it will cost much more than normal, I will have FX transaction fees and I get hit with US taxed dividend payments, despite having completed the W-8BEN form. If HL, and clearly other brokers, have come up with a practical solution, then your broker under the FCA "Consumer Duty" 2023 and 2025 should offer the same.

How many times do people need to post that KP Fértil is not a nitrate substitute, so no point comparing them. Only the Saudi phosphate output, from the gulf, goes through the Straits. So the Israeli, Brazilian, Moroccan, Chinese, US and Russian are unaffected.

A one month extension has been awarded to the Saudi's, so now they have to make a decision by 5.00pm on 6th May. This is one of todays RNS. With Oil prices falling overnight, it may explain why this is staying in positive territory.

My Email statement was on my ISA account. All those with HL accounts check your Email inbox, within the HL online account. Not your personal Email account. It is the first page that loads when you enter your account. Scroll down to "Secure Messages" and click "Messages". It should be the top message dated 30/03/2026.

The 3rd paragraph, on the HL Email states "If the scheme becomes effective you will still be able to sell your shares, and we are investigating how we can set up our system to support buys of new shares. There will be a separate transaction charge of up to £40 applied by our market counterparties for any trades, which will be passed on to you. Any trade will be subject to our standard overseas dealing terms, which are available online."

Yes it is. Without the W-8BEN the tax on dividends is significantly more. Just as Carnival is restarting paying dividends it is more than irritating that they are planning to have one non UK listing. TBF my investment is solely for the OBC but my wife's significant ISA investment is there for investment purposes.

BotBot, Another problem owning non UK shares, specifically in an ISA wrapper, is paying tax on the US shares. My employer is solely on the Nasdaq and even with a W-8BEN form I am paying 15% tax.

Sorry final dividend was SAR 23 and special dividend was SAR 20, still presently converted to £1.89. Both payable on 15th April.

The large drop today is due to it going ex dividend. There is a final dividend of SAR 22 and a special dividend of SAR 23, presently offering a payment of £1.89 per share.

I get so annoyed when this happens. Existing shareholders should be offered the discount for the dilution. I understand that going to institutional investors is more clinical.

As can be seen copper miners are in the spotlight, as Anglo American are in agreed talks to merge with Canadian mining company Teck, to become the second largest miner in the sector. Atalaya, presently being a sole copper play, is likely to reflect in the attention. This might explain why the SP is up this morning.

The company has gone Ex dividend today and yet the price rises. Payment appears quick, on 25/8, at ZAR 2.00 per share.

I hope you are both right, as I am heavily committed here. Can't see the final extraction stage technology being allowed to move from the US. The geopolitical risks are my largest concern, on this company and I have seen too many incidents in the recent past in India, Guinea and Niger. The last 2, in the last week.
