10x is punchy depending on what happens with the other projects.

NPV today should be ca. 15p. On pour we should be 33-42p easily. Additional reserves, developments on other projects etc could see this rocket further.

The timelines still suck as an ex Condorian, but you cant deny the MTL squad aren't moving quickly.

A few significant cnr holders sold because of timelines and MTL being an unknown entity. We're PIs, don't forget some of these are old boys who bought into Mellon but may hold the likes of Candy in disdain. I also know where three of them reallocated their investments and they have done just fine.

I have chosen to stay put. I'm pleased by the recent creep, but expect this to inch much higher until there's bad news or cause for concern.

Like I said, 15p is reasonable for a wait period, 30 NPV. Anything between these two on news should be normal.
