Luca, I though about `assets'. If it the wood group held tangible assets, I could understand why some interests might want to acquire these assets on the cheap. WG is not that sort of company its assets are mostly intangible, and could, if not handled carefully, evaporate. The asset is the client trust/order/// Incrementally developing Organizational Capability/HR competitive advantage. This cycle, seems to me, is the attractiveness of the Wood Group since it underpins its continuing propensity to earn. How much is that worth?
