How much cash does the company need to deal with cash flow issues? I am perplexed
I though a cashflow raise would be all that is required...this is not it.
A 300% increase is not impossible ...more likely we will see a consolidation. Nevertheless, some real incompetence from lawyers and CEO on display here.
But hey...they always gain...they are part of the `great and the good'
I am going to have an average of about 0.35 if my order for the offer shares is filled in its totality. I may be one of the lucky ones...sympathies...`City of Thieves' /`City of London' is in dire need of regulation. No wonder there is little liquidity for small/medium companies.

Remember they can close the retail offer early...participate before market open -you dont know if you get allocated....try and participate after market open the allocation could be completed/closed.
I have looked at CPX for years (more than 10). I have been in and out.
I like their IOT offerings, I also like their TESLA/Maxwell litigation. As far as I can see TESLA/Maxwell won on a technicality regarding validity of patent...good to see Cap-XX IP being used ...hopefully it will be used more and more.
Funding announcement will come sooner than people think. The ceo had already stated that there was no big financial hit and court issues were procedural. In the meantime i would imagine he has been arranging funding which no doubt would be conditional on no major detrimental deal with tesla. To me that seems logical...
