Kando, Sidaro want to have WG in their fold. They have spent a lot pursuing WG because WG offers SiD phenomenal opportunities and adds to the breadth and depth of their portfolio. How much that is worth is, of course, Sidaras secret. I am sure they will want a yes vote...after lowering `expectancies', increased price offers more chances of vote `yes' success.

Humpty, I think they want they want the whole lot (bar the non core/marginal businesses- but projects, consulting, operations etc. are core). The Organizational/human capital inherent in WG is not built easily, and cannot be bought off a shelf

Humpty, For Sidara WG is synergistic in their positioning. They have a big gap that WG can fill.

CFO says conditions have been met by the accounts...Sidara have not confirmed, although they would have been privy to the accounts/anticipated accounts well before publication imo
