Is it worth a 20X increase in SP after such a massive share dilution?

Rampers live off hype on the transformational...HE1 have only announced that, after a (disastrous) duster they have found what they were looking for. The CEO Geologist has maintained her credibility, after losing much of it. Having said all of that, it is not known whether the find is commercial, the cost of making it commercial (including the regulatory and sovereign risk costs(.

Having said all that I do hope that HE1 can contribute to Tanzania and reward investors.

Is it commercial?

More important than `where the share price starts' is How significant is this resource, and are HE1 undervalued.

After a collapse, and a bankrupt case extremely dilatory fundraiser (more than 75% discount to an already very depressed price - at 0.25p raising shares in issue from below the hundred millions to the billions). Its gone up by 20 times already. ...it was diluted by much more.

The point is...big early investors want their cash back.

A more established player with experience in Tanzania would be useful. I am invested in Shanta Gold, and they seem to have navigated the environment to date, although East African incumbent interests are trying to take over on the cheap.

At what price, if any (could be an investment for share of project, as in Kod) do peeps think a placing would be.

For me, given the large trades and the movement, I reckon if there is a placement it will be between 1.7- 2.0p. It is possible we are seeing forward selling, and the `rump could be sold below placing price.

A strategic partner would be preferable.

I have no investment but HE1 have been on my Radar, friends bought long ago, nursed a loss, but were financially fortunate to take the opportunity to turn loss round and run on free shares.

Should Kodal think about a share buyback into treasury...even £1-2 million will create free cash for Kodals non Bougini assets in the near future.

Well done at he1, lets hope all works out, and they get taken out/or financed...it was the same at kod not so long ago.

I dont post much. Have a lot (for me) KOD shares, mostly free carry after trading when kod was in the 0.18/9- 0.28/9 range. I bought some more at 0.45 on the decline thinking that was a good deal (problem in picking bottom).

However, I remain confident that KOD will come good as the project advances. Ganfeng is continuing to fund Leo, and Hainan doing the same with KOD. My issue is when do I shift Shanta Gold funds into kod.

I look forward to lithium and gold project updates throughout 2024.
