WARSAW, Nov 7 (Reuters) - Poland’s JSW is interested in taking over Australia’s Prairie Mining, Chief Executive Daniel Ozon confirmed on Wednesday.

Sources told Reuters in September that JSW, the European Union’s biggest coking coal miner, wanted a controlling stake in Prairie Mining.

“We are now working on internal approvals so that we could start a final stage of talks. We would like to build such a structure that we take control over Prairie Mining,” Ozon told reporters.

RRE currently producing 11,000 boepd! atleast 11k production up until 2025 from current assets excluding arran! Annual EBITDA is around $100-$120m! Arran field will add 6,400 boepd once developed by shell. Development to start next year.! So looking at 17,400 boepd. Cash in bank around £91m some used for decom costs. So available cash around £50m currently. Rre currently making around £5m a month profit.

Ive worked out current production is bringing in approx £5mil a month cash in the bank so as of tday going by interim results on 20th sept they should have approx £91m in bank of which £41m is restricted for decom. So total available cash = £50m

Once the share buy back is completed on 23rd November im expecting re-rate in the SP to fair value closer to 1000p.Also the share buy back will mean cap will be 15-20% lower so expect 20% increase in SP the next day. making approx £60m a year after all costs! with around £50m-£60m available funds in the bank! also this is not including Arran field which will give us 6,400 boepd! huge upside here imo! great op to buy before the 23rd November imo.

RockRose today announces the completion of the acquisition of a 20.43% interest in blocks, 23/11a, 23/16b and 23/16c, which contain the Arran field in the UK Central North Sea. As previously announced, the Company has also signed an Equity Realignment Letter Agreement on Arran that takes the Company's interest to 30.43%
At peak production, Arran is expected to produce around 100 million standard cubic feet a day of gas and 4,000 barrels per day of condensate, which combined equates to 21,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day (gross).

Recovery back to 3p imo! the lack of funds took the sp down below 1p but now that the $2m loan has been setup should be easy ride back over 3p IMO

- Forecast EBITDA would be expected to be in excess of $100 million for the full year.
- decommissioning liability costs averaging around 20-25% of annual EBITDA for the next five years at current hydrocarbon prices.
- Annual cash in bank after EBITDA & decommissioning costs = £57m
