Hi Jimmy. Looking at 2714 an and b I notice that they are operated by namcor and quiver (both Namibian government). It looks like these were surrendered by chariot in 2017 as part of their rationalisation and refocus .. It seems that they would know the space pretty well .. do you know anything further about them?

Also worth noting that Auctus state 'We view the current share price weakness as an opportunity'. Note they are not the house broker, and you would expect them to be more objective

They do not appear to be highlighting the cash run way as a concern. Just FYI

Re : recent validation, both Auctus and Cavendish (house broker, who had gone slightly quiet) have both issued new notes on 24th June in line with the Vivo deal. Both re-affirm targets of 50 (up to 67 if Enog take the 10%) and 57.7p (up to 71p if Enog take the 10%).

Purely an opinion, but I wonder if we are about to see AA feature in some form of high coupon loan, or off book fund raising.

Purely speculative.. but the share price is clearly trapped in a range, so the above is clearly a simple, albeit I suspect a expensive option

I dont like the uncertainty of this, but remain positive about the assets and the potential..

They posted it on their twitter account.. These will be coming thick and fast now given the market deregulation. I suspect they will cover it when they have funding, partial or full divestment clarity

I am watching closely to see if they post the ST article from yesterday. If management agrees with his thesis, you would expect them to. They have shared all of this recent updates.. highlighting they are pleased to be featured - even when he said 'hold'

In the near term, positive newsflow on the financing of the transitional power division and a successful outcome on the Anchois-East well and flow test campaign should provide near-term catalysts to narrow the huge share price discount to the sum-of-the-parts derived target prices of Cavendish (57.7p) and Auctus Partners (50p). So, having seen the share price fall back to the level of last month’s buy call, I would continue to hold.

Big piece, and quite an interesting take on what is causing the funding shortfall.. and the path through it. Sounds like Cavendish remain bullish.. the reiteration of staying in the stock and the power 'outcome' clearing the share 'overhang' is also interesting..
