I received the following from Graham Herring yesterday... "The Company is just finalising logistics for the AGM which will take place in person. This unfortunately has been hampered by Government guidelines on large meetings and venues being available to host the meeting. As soon as this is sorted we will be sending out a Notice of AGM statement straight away."
@unitedguy - If I wasn't confident in this stock I wouldn't have invested. I'm fortunate, my average is very low and If I sold today I'd still make a reasonable profit - as I've said, I'm confident for the future. DYOR and YMMV
@moonwalk - you posted the following previously... "What a shambles. The old board took the share price from .25p to 6p in 9 months, the new board have presided over a 50% decline in 3 months."
How do you think the old board managed to take the SP from .25p to 6p and justify that increase?
Given that we were supposed to be given a date for the AGM and GM before the end of June - as per RNS Number : 1229C 17 June, what are your thoughts regarding a delay to the AGM until August?
If the AGM is to be held in July then we need the date before Friday CoP.
...it is only the law enforcing the wearing of masks, the guidance remains the same. If you're inconsiderate and willing to spread the virus then don't wear a mask - simple as.
@saxonaxe - if there was a prospect of a guaranteed dividend the market would be all over this stock like a rash. Time and again we've been promised "Jam tomorrow" - yet there is nothing concrete.
