Clearly not luck but I would reckon Dan would have approached oxilio as a good prospect/warm lead to test the methodology, with his knowledge of nxp001 . I didn't get the impression Dan's departure last year was planned, it seemed more like a case of falling on ones sword due to the shenanigans involved with the leak which I put down to either AC or DT but then again who knows it's not like nfx keep the market informed unless necessary, maybe it was part of the plan, would be reassuring if it was
Lol chab, sums it up very well
Great research as usual Soup, thanks for sharing. Very interesting will be reading more later
It makes little difference without news but is nice to see a trend reversal even if small. We're now back in lower end of fair value range suggested by allenby prior to the nxp001 deal being signed, so we should be above 3.4 but nice to see all the same
Read my prior post again :)
Nice to see this move, hope it continues.
That's because nothing of merit has occured. No news, and what appears to be just a small reversal. Which could be caused by a range of factors graph indicating oversold territory, large seller stopped selling today or rumours circling getting a few more punters on board. I'm not interested in daily price movement unless it further deteriorates to new lows or it passes the 1.7p mark
The current circumstance is an utter disgrace let alone further deterioration.
True but she wont be sat on a loss either.
Ask now at 1.2 amazing, frustrating to say the least. I'm even at a loss on my recent averaging down.
Nfx have certainly done a 180 on there approach to communicating with the market, from too much pr, over optimism and even a leak to the press on a nondisclosure deal under Dan's tenure. To complete disregard to sharing anything even on closed deals from a pr standpoint under Anne's tenure, hope the next CEO finds the right balance.
Yep the missed opportunities we could have had during that time, I moved funds out of polx to put more in here more than a yr ago what a mistake that was. Was going to put some back in there as they're due fda approval next week, and I like the tech/business model. Just cant stomach paying 5x the price I originally paid, despite my confidence it could still multi bag from here. All my cards are with nfx now as stupid as that is, trying to take the opportunity to lower avg and chose to buy more here as I have faith this will improve when data is released. The bonus is that with price as low as it is any positive news could multiply to a greater degree, 6p would be nice
The still aren't lowering the offer, despite the sells
Sp showing below the bid and offer unchanged? I've had a buy limit order on since 10 am @1.3p surely they have enough to fulfill.
Am I missing something? Bid might have been raised today but I dont see a huge amount of trades or volume and the spike caused by someone overpaying for 98 shares, seems pretty uneventful to me
Fairplay soup thanks for clarifying, that would explain it. Fingers crossed circumstances change next quarter.
To be fair the report from allenby was pretty good, I'd like to see an update soon, clearly though they're not pushing nfx or not finding a receptive audience, either or. But I have no clue what walbrook have done tho.
Does make you wonder where we will be if we get positive results on nxp002 and nxp004. A year or so ago I would have thought 10p+ now not so sure now , marketing/interest in nfx just never seems to be there. It might take an actual deal, with details made public to move us past that trajectory now. I'd be happy to see 6p which seems unbelievable given the potential value of those assets if proven. Of course if the results aren't there I would dread to think
To be fair soup, we've all called nfx wrong. Anyone with the luxury of hindsight can seem like a genius. If I'd known where we would be at this moment I would have sold years ago in profit or with less of a loss, I still have faith though but it's hardly done me any favors
True but I think there are enough relatively large but unlisted holders of which 50% premium like me would still leave them underwater or at least not provide meaningful return. I dont think there is enough will to accept an offer like that, when u combine it with the listed holders who wont accept ipo price
