Dubhe -1 can not possibly be definitive at this stage even at 60 % flow back but,if the Data gathered shows progression this raises the bar considerably, like i said everything is showing perfect so far.

This really needs to be addressed.

At 20% to 40% we've seen progression, we've seen the Flare brighter so clearly progressing and not drying up.

Now we need to look out for the following around 60% this will raise the possibility of commercial to a very high likelihood ,but not conclusive . if a few of the following signs show.

1) inproving oil cut

2)Declining frac fluid recovery with hydrocarbons increasing .

3) stable or increasing flow rates

4( ability to work under smaller choke size with out killing the Well.

5) Re: GDR * gas to oil ratio

6)no artificial lift this early.

So far this has all progressed ,3 or more of the above I'm doubling my holding.

Things to not let the trolls scare you at 60% flow are as follows .

1) high frac fluid

2)short term rate volatility.

This can be quiet normal .

As the flow continues to show oil an gas through flow back , density , stabilty,progression etc, the odds of being commercial obvioulsly becomes more apparent, its that simple ..

Nothing wrong with being a oil noddy.

The flare is not entirely immaterial, if the well was turning dry it would simply burn.out.

Hydrocarbons are progressing.

The fact we're probably above 50% flow now, and.the flare is shinning brighter is a great sign , but the only proof is consistency of hydrocarbons so positive but no way conclusive.

Glenfarme/ Posco will not want a small company like PANR holding the keys, they will pay way over the top, for either a farm in or complete buyout , before another company with a big checkbook does.

Personally i feel if it was know now they'd have to tell us , they want to wait on more Data ,if it was negative why wait 2 days before Christmas they want to be more certain.

2 things i will say .

1)this is not a exploration well, its a appraisal well,massive difference.

2 ) we are currently showing signs of hydrocarbons at 40% flow back , the flare seems brighter as we approach 60%, meaning as the well starts to stabilise we're are consistently showing hydrocarbons.

This is all great signs but not yet conclusive , so quiet simply on the 23rd we still will not know if commercial but if we"re still progressing at 60% flow back

Percentage wise were be around a 70% to 85% chance of being commercial

Thats when were be bouncing North ,until then we could be mid 20s or stay here an listen to absolute noise for a few days longer .

windin complete codswallop, tell me, how many appraisal wells do you know that can confim of a so called gusher with the magnitude of water an sand pumped in ,with only 40% flow back so far .

Indeed this is now lower than when 1st IPO, which is quiet frankly isane considering what TXP have.

This is completely undervalued.

Bigger flare means the well is not dying off ,this is a positive sign as more hydrocarbons are being brought to surface . Tick tock .

40% 2nd December.

After 40% the flow will naturally start to slow as we commence stability.

23rd will be the update thus far .
