Now I can see why the rutile results have been delayed. Talaxis wanted a certain percentage at a pre set price and the breaks had to be applied to the recent rise.

Not invested ATM but not surprised by the placing. They have done it before and may well do it again before production.

They should have done a raise as soon as they hit oil. They could have commanded a much higher price and less discount. Management have let the PI's down again.
