South, The volume is minimal here. There is no mass exodus this time. You know as well as I know this could go either way. I have been trying to establish the cash position and I calculate that they have at least $1 to $2m left or at least the MCAP. The big drain on the cash was the mill and that was now sold and the sesmics were under budget. I do not think there will be a dilution until after a jv is announced and if it is a good one the share price will be higher. NAPE had a real buzz and I am certain there are at least two or three very very interested parties out there. Give it 6 months and we will see who is right this time! Good luck all.

Major, Also I think most of today's movements are in fact buys not sells. Just done a dummy purchase and it was 2.30p to buy.

Major, Also be aware that many deramping here like any other bulletin board, either want a lower entry price or are angry about their losses. Others like me have ramped this share to death. It is hard to get a balanced view just do your own research and go with what you are comfortable.

Kev and South, You have called it right so far, but I would argue that we have a really great asset. The long licence at Paradox supported by excellent 3D's. As Major said we are at a crossroads. This will either collapse or rocket. At this price it is worth a punt but anyone investing should be aware this is a make or break year. Invest now and get a massive upside or absolutely nothing. Invest later when funding is agreed, then yes you get more security but a substantially less upside. Heads you win, tails you lose!

Major, Also this may not move for a while as a jv will take time to agree. I am currently trying to make money elsewhere until this is more stable. Dummy's choice of FRR is looking very good as well as my choice MATD. I have written this off as a high risk punt and if it comes good I will be over the moon. I must admit this is looking the best it has for ages and the BOD are delivering in all aspects. It is just the funding that is holding this one back.

Kev Why do think ROSE is dying? I would say it us all falling into place at last. I am sure they will find finance for at least one drill and hopefully without a placement.

Again there is hardly no volume today and the share price is lowered, although I have to admit there are not many buyers at the moment. The last RNS is very bullish and they seem sure a jv is possible as and I quote from the RNS "a number of parties have since followed up". I can vouch that NAPE had a lot of activity going on and with oil on the increase more and more deals are being struck. It does take time to agree deals and the dataroom is fairly standard stuff. IMO they would not waste time on setting up a dataroom if they were just going for a dilution. I like the fact that ROSE has held face to face meetings on the permitting, In my experience this works very well as any issues and misunderstandings can be resolved quickly and the personal touch often gets things moving quicker. If this drops to 1p you can buy 1% of the company for just over �10k. So now I am waiting and watching the market ready to buy in when the price is right.

Major. You are right. MM's taking this down on practically no volume. Any wiff of a jv and you will be locked out. Even if we give 90% away the MCAP should be 10x this. I do not mind this drop. I am getting ready to buy cheap.

I have topped up 200k at 2.60p at 14.42. Rereading the RNS the reaction is way over the top. Yes there will be a long wait and yes there are big big risks but if they can pull this off the share price will be many many multiples of 2.6p. I have now put this in my back pocket and will look at it again in the autumn. I am now holding 1.3m shares and these shares are going nowhere. My decision to invest was also based on the following article which advises that institutions account for 94.40% of the issued share capital. I own well over 1% so there is not much in free float which explains why it jumps around so much on low volume. Consider my shares in safe hands so if a JV is announced there will not be many shares around to buy so any increase will be sudden and rapid. Things are progress okay I suppose but there is a long way to go and the timetable is slipping. I am holding and I hope management keeps us better informed going forward. Things will not change that much until we get the permit to drill. GLA

When I was a kid, on holiday I piled endless pennies into a fruit machine hoping the jackpot would come up. Same effect here. I keep on averaging down but you can never win and the odds are against you before you start. Even I have now written this off as a crap choice. Might as well leave it here now as hardly worth the bother of selling. Not even worth the effort of posting here any more. I will concentrate on my other investments from now on. Good luck all.
