GBP silver now up over 2.55% for the day and can you believe over 50% now for the year!!!! We should be over GBP3.

Lat time we saw the Pandemic hit the markets we saw investors rushing in for precious metals ETF's which will cause a precious metals shortage. This will force precious metal prices upwards fast and we just have to wait until after 2.30pm to see the miners rise. Already I see the precious metals prices for Silver are back on the up at 12.43pm! GLA.

Also we have to think that as Market makers comes out of Cyclicals are the moment and seek the safe havens such as pure gold and silver the prices will rise, but they will also rise on the back of the precious metals ETF's bond buying exercising its options. So we can expect the rise in Gold and Silver to rise for a while yet! As we say a good place to be here that most others market shares as the Pandemic bites most other share prices.

At the moment as I have said before in this market one has to think on their feet and it pays to be an active investor.
However even though Christmas is cancelled I am looking forward to Eastmas. I just hope we can retain the total number of outlets where the main Marstons business is now being the on sales, as it may not have been wise to have sold off 60% of the brewery and off sales where the main income was. However even that is now taking a big hit with deliveries affected by freight cancellations. I see the start of the year will now be Eastmas if the Pandemic can get back under control. If it cannot then the forecast is regretfully far more serious.

Reason for a slight fall is no doubt following the recent RNS that Mr Hoc wanted to release some of his holding (before the latest Pandemic news late last week). I am sure he might say to Morgans actually I might as well buy them back in this market with Precious metals likely to rise this afternoon and for UK Share holders earnings will rise with a falling pound. Lots to look forward to here once Mr Hoc has processed his instruction. I'm topping up in expectation!!

I expect a second wind in prices as we approach the NYSE open - this has occurred for the past 2 weeks in epxectation of a signed stimuli, and I agree with others on here this is now (especially when looking at almost all other FTSE shares - apart from the precious metals miners) the best place to be.
As sterling falls our earnings actually increase as we earn in USD -lets also not forget that.

Seen for the past 2 weeks at least that the once we approach 2.30pm the USA Markets have pushed up Gold/Silver prices and we normally will follow this for a second wind this afternoon.
Very good place to be here in our precious metals miners where a falling pound will also help increase our USD earnings!

Silver just rose significantly over 3% will help us in the morning trades on the FTSE, no doubt due to the Senate deal proposals to rescue the USA govt shut down and provide a rescue package. Silver shot through the USD26 oz barrier to be on the verge of going through USD27oz and Gold up too to be touching as earlier in the year at the USD1900 door, many Analysts suspect a further rise up to USD2,200 very soon so great news for all the UK FTSE precious metals miners!

I see Silver and Gold up on the Stimuli package announced by the USA Senate is helping the precious metals market and we should respond in early trade on the FTSE.

Agree just seen the Silver and Gold prices rising quite significantly into the night. Should help us HOC and FRES get off to a very good and keen start with early trading on the LSE.

Above comment will help rise some more later. Many predict Gold going over the USD2000 oz and Silver over the USD19. oz very shortly.
USA urgently need the stimuli now they desperately need some action which will help the prices of precious metals further.

Bloomberg discussion this afternoon raised the headline that most dealers now see the metals as an inflation hedge and likely to continue rising into the new year. This on top of a falling dollar and rising Commodity prices will help boost Fres. A far better place to be at the moment than many other shares. i.e. Hospitality and travel/Airline Comps that will take a long time to recover. When prices start to rise with all of the stimuli inflation will start to show its head to our benefit. A lot to look forward to here both short and longer term in my opinion.

Eva contd. agree with you in that as we enter 2021 most market makers see the metals market as the hedge against inflation and so they will rise further into the new year are the World comes back after the Pandemic.

Stay home, keep your distance from other shares, watch Centamin rise on :- Falling Dollar, rising GBP, Rising precious metals, the best recipe for as many have said recently a share price rise to bring health and goodwill to everyone invested here at Christmas.

Looks a strong buy this one now. Buyers returning market turning to rising Silver/Gold prices and as USD falls we will see additional benefits with this UK Company. I see the Dovish Fed and further USA Govt stimuli on rising jobless nos. will help us further. A very good opportunity at this share price now. GBP Silver now up to 2.78% today alone.

Silver moving up fast and is up even more in Sterling as the USD falls. Currently Sterling Silver up 2.65% and what with the USA stimuli coming this share will move up fast very soon! Good strong buy at this price. IMHO.

For those who missed my comments last Monday. I see this as a great future buying potential when back down at 30p, although the money earn't from the Brewing business sales will or has already been eroded or accounted for now I am sure. I regret in this market one has to change their view by the day on all shares and it pays to be active. It also pays to see the obvious at the time. Regret not everyone sees things the same way as me. My Mondays post was as ever very honest and reliable which I hope some found beneficial for a balanced opinion. Those same people will now be in a better position to come back in later I am sure for Monday it was said :-
Do you really need to ask what the earnings report will be? Marstons only now own 40% of the main income provider of the moment the year with the off sales and Carlsberg will not have been able to make up with their own sales with the 60% lost.
On the pub side they have even needed to ask for extra time to pay off their loan side and leaseholders which answers itself.
I would not be led by three regulars on here that only talk up the share to release their own (if they even hold any shares) but they may have options?
I am no longer a holder here having sold out some time ago. I will come back but not at this price. There is no harm in taking ones profits now and re-investing later when the Brexit picture is clearer.
