There is no way on earth arbitration will be resolved that quickly or the MiCA license will be granted in December.

Even a brief check around the Arbitration process on AI indicates that they are barely starting the discovery process and the license timelinenis well.covered in other threads.

When a company bemoans criteria that is 'too strict' then it indicates they were nowhere near it.
