I didn't say they were shorting the stock, I said they were accumulating shares. This is an indisputable fact. If I had suggested they were shorting the stock your post might have made some sense. As it is, your post just demonstrates your lack of attention to detail and highlights how lightweight you are.
One takeaway from your message though. Your lack of emotional intelligence shines through as yet again you jump to hasty and inaccurate conclusions.
P.S. 'I'll email them to ask what they will do.' Let's hope they take you more seriously than everyone on here does then. I doubt it though.

@astro999 - Pensana Webinar last week stated, the ATF Fund had provided feedback thus - 'definite strategic alignment'. Now in the 2nd stage of DD with HMG Capital Grants. Following that (and provisional approval) it then goes to HMG Treasury for final sign off. Timeline stated was 6-8 weeks (that was a week ago.)

Over the last 6 months two nominee companies have increased their shareholdings by 35 million shares. The nominee companies are owned by Bank of New York and Citibank. It is widely rumoured that they have been driving down the share price, spooking retail investors, encouraging them to part ways with their shares for discount prices. This is what we are seeing at the moment with the share price and it is orchestrated so that an entity (hiding behind the nominee services) can build their position at your expense.
The reason they are doing it is that they know full well the share price will bounce upwards the minute ATF funding is announced and continue upwards thereafter. Fundamentally this stock has all the headwinds behind it and once it is producing RE Oxides it will compete with MP and Lynas, whose market caps are $6bn and $5bn repectively. PRE's market cap is presently $250m.
For those who are questioning the current share price, this is the reason behind it. Sit tight and be patient as our time will come.

Worth reminding everyone we have actually only had good news of late. The fundamentals remain the same and the company is moving ahead in the right direction. The only thing that is a challenge is a large bank is shorting the stock to get its hands on weak retail investor's shares.
