At no point have you presented a 'balanced view'. You have stated you are not shorting the stock but are you invested in the company? Please clarify your position.

Your knowledge of the RE sector and investing in general, belies the naive questions you pose. Your systemic behaviour is driven by one thing and one thing alone and it is very clear for everyone to see.

Dumbpunter owes me an apology too tbh. I am not Chinasyndrome, I am simply someone who has sat on the sidelines for long enough reading downrampers try to bring the price of a perfectly good stock down.
Dumbpunter will work out, over time, that I am simply a LT investor who has a dislike for BS merchants who are trying to prey on weak retail investors.

Anyway, back to more interesting matters. The Reuters article has had an impact on the share price. After all, you won't be able to buy at these prices ever again. Fill your boots folks!
