Theo - You didn't read what I wrote, did you? The only way of proving defamation is for your identity to be revealed. It is as simple as that.

Theo – As you have already worked out, the only way of proving anything written on LSE is problematic for Mumbles, is for Christopher Ecclestone to definitively prove he isn’t you. There are only 2 ways of achieving that.

1. Via LSE - Given the non-existent KYC on LSE, that is deeply problematic. When registering on LSE you are asked your name and email address. Neither are checked so you can set up an account using any name and email address you choose. Therefore, what would be required is email verification between you and LSE and for you to prove your identity to them. In turn you would then provide them with permission to release your details to CE. Your identity would then need to be revealed to Mumbles as proof that what he wrote was defamatory.

2. You reveal your identity publicly.

As you can see, as long as you hide in the shadows, CE is completely hamstrung, it really is as simple as that. A hollow cease and desist letter is the best he can achieve.

MAA86 - The grant was from the DFC which is focused on financing solutions in the developing world that will benefit the US. The DFC was set up by Donald Trump. The Inflation Reduction Act was passed under Biden and was focused on investing in domestic clean energy production. Never the twain shall meet.

The US still needs alternative reliable sources of Rare Earths and Trump is well aware of that, hence the overtures around Greenland.

On balance, I don't see the grant being rescinded. The more likely scenario is Trump will recognise the strategic importance of the Lobito Corridor to the US and continue to support it, erasing Biden's involvement and replacing it with how it was always Trump's idea (the best idea the world has ever seen).
