The letter from M&G is actually pretty vanilla and tells us nothing we didn't already know. On the other hand the responses to the letter by our resident, trigger happy, downrampers tells us plenty. Every time M&G is mentioned they panic and go into offensive mode (best form of defence is attack, after all).
With that in mind, any new prospective investor in PRE should ask themselves only one question. Why did M&G plough another £4m into Pensana after they walked away from the bond offer in November? There is only one rational explanation despite what our noisy, non share holding, downrampers may have you believe.
Theo - "Does anyone honestly truly believe that PA got a bond offer and rejected it because it was too expensive?? You just have to shake your head at such naivety."
You are not quite as connected in the city as you previously claimed to be, it would appear. How embarrassing.
Eloro - The thing about China is we all trust his allegiance to PRE. We all know exactly where we stand whenever he posts. With you, no-one can trust a word you say because you claim to be a shareholder but you only post FUD about the organisation. The words you write consistently contradict your stated position.
That is why I and most others don't listen to word you write.
PIF, the Saudi sovereign wealth fund are in a JV with Foxconn to launch an EV. They also own 62% of Lucid, the luxury EV brand. Both organisations have ambitious growth plans requiring an awful lot of REs. So it is not beyond the realms of possibility.
Theo - I'll humour you. You predict another party enters the fray. What type of organisation do you predict? And from which jurisdiction?
Scandinavian Auto OEM? Saudi Sovereign wealth fund? European private equity? Or something else?
Eloro - In case anyone was in any doubt, your desperate need to play down the news has laid bare your true intentions. Comparing M&G to Elon Musk is so off the mark it is actually laughable.
