HOLD in my opinion...too difficult to predict but every day that passes we are 1 day closer to normality and the market will go up..This share will go to £1.70 and above, it's only a matter of time..it will get to £ 3.00 too because costs have been slashed so when a recovery takes hold , IAG stands to make more money than before.
Up to you though..It's only my opinion.

if oil goes up and stays up, then tlw will go up and up..its that simple..analysts will have to change their tune, like it or not..

The fact that Covid will come to an end soon, every day more and more people get vaccinated. A few airlines will go bust and there will be more profit for the ones remaining. All is good now...not selling though. we could well see another 6% today by day end.
RR getting interesting too but only if it goes under £1.00..hope so so i can pick some up.
This is just my opinion, always DYOR.

we might see £1.50 or below as Goldman Sachs cut IAG price target to £1.90. I might wait for sub £1.50 to top up. This is in my opinion.

@Sunsurfer, this will take off well before anyone thinks. Vaccinations will just gather pace very quickly. More vaccines will come to the market, some of them will require 1 dose. And also very important, IAG has cut costs so much, they will get back in profit very quickly. Staff costs have been cut a lot and that will translate in higher profitability compared to before the pandemic. The fleet of planes is younger now, no more 747's, less engines to maintain. This will take off , especially when they announce US is open for business. America is going to vaccinate people at the speed of light.
All in my opinion.

Stephenc, about the share being held back, i don't really know. All i know is that when IAG returns to a meaningful flying again It will be in a lot better position, leaner and will be able deliver high returns. This share is going to take off. IMO.

Stevencthompson, Pfizer have said the vaccine is actually working on the SA variant. Make sure you read the articles well. Don't forget , the markets look ahead and the lockdown is coming to an end by march..we are only 2 months away. Well before that, IAG will be a lot higher. Shall we see?? I can bet on it, actually I have already.
