What most on here are missing is that any addition of countries to the green list, us opening up and all the rest is very positive and as we are starting from a low point, it will boost the share price. People will go everywhere on this globe as long as it is holiday, next winter will be like summer! I , for one , have 2 flights booked in Oct and nov. DYOR.

Livestock, flights from the US were pretty full before as many americans were transiting through Heathrow on their way to Europe..these numbers will feature in their next results..and now with the new travel rules, planes will be even fuller. Good start today, tomorrow new travel list should boost this even further...then Biden will announce soon opening up the borders..last weekend was the busiest for airlines like Easyjet and IAG..this weekend expect numbers to increase considerably again. IMO £2.00 by end of august. DYOR always.

All the best with that. I am waiting for Biden to announce travel relaxation between UK/US.
We should see that in Aug, anyway that is my prediction. I do think airlines will pick up steam from here as number of passengers is increasing every week. GLA and DYOR.

From Sky News:US travel boss urges White House to open up travel to Britons

The White House is being "too cautious" with UK travel restrictions, US Travel Association president Roger Dow has said.

Doubled jabbed tourists from the US (and EU) can now visit the UK without quarantine - but the rule change has not been reciprocated.
Mr Dow said the UK government had made a "very wise decision" in removing isolation requirements - and he wants Joe Biden to do the same.
"It's time for the US to reciprocate," Mr Dow told Sky News. "It's time to bring back the economy of both countries."

A 4% jump is not a jump?? It was inevitable IAG was going to jump more than EZJ today as they don't fly from the US so this is going to benefit IAG. Now we need Biden to relax the travel rules for UK/US and this will def fly. I would say it's not long now. Someone in us last week mentioned it should be in sometimes in august. DYOR though.
