I agree SL.I do however believe that this is more an issue of timing, rather than the remuneration and options.Its a little unfortunate that the executive director benefits came ahead of a dividend announcement,had they come at the same time I think it would be readily accepted.Kind of putting the horse before the cart for many here.Ive been sanguine about awards because I see the operational performance as good.I do however,want to see those dividends soon..

Yes rampusnik, We seem.to be experiencing a high level of sales right across the portfolio at the moment.highlights ....law will increasingly expand its reach in China now.Luxe ,with its multiple crypto use. and as you say,.fit becoming fit..I'm.alo particularly impressed with the renewal rates experienced by .work..and the continued good sales of .work and .vIp.Q4 looks to be the period in which sentiment will change.Atb

I think the answer Taps, is to average down your holdings ,its what I've had to do in order to meet my own investment targets..

Thanks for the update and good to know that you feel the business is on course.Im certainly with you on the dividends debate.Its the most understood and desired measure of success by the market.A dividend will attract much needed new investors and ,I believe a high level of dividend payment is reinvested too.
It will be interesting to see how Adultblock and.Luxe perform in the next quarter,critical ,I think to the raising of guidance ,which Toby has mentioned.Im of the opinion that we will hit the $8m figure ,year end with tld momentum and the innovation projects .
Interesting to note your views on the current SP ,it really cant stay at this level for long given all the interest in your shares and company performance.ATB

It's always good to hear the HH progress ,however you could easily believe that it's the only asset we have.What on earth does this management do all day..we are long over due an update on other assets particularly Greenland.

I am not in agreement with Toby Hall on the subject of dividends ,particularly as a buy back is in operation at this time and I would prefer the cash go to investors.I understand that he has a BOD ,a huge legacy payment to make and probably a number of competing demands on him.Essentially I'm not getting my way but, i do not accuse him of acting in bad faith or worse as you do.I dont like the bad agenda accusations and dont believe them.Similarly ,is SjL always right ? No but he has a point of view ,and although you may have a point here and there it's totally lost in the sabotage /agenda charge.Why would he want to stuff his own investment here even if he had fallen out with TH..A bit of proportion Taps..

I think that we have been talking at cross purposes looking at again at the statement. Your steer is from an accounting point of view ,in which you are correct to say that the 1.8m was included within the provision made last year.My focus and clearly THs meaning relates to the Group cash flow which stood at $2.2m post the $1.8m payment made in H1,hence the $4m in cash terms profit.I get that you are looking at a pure accounting number which is fine but different of course.
I can’t say that I’m with you on the interview analysis,I think he is merely trying to indicate the underlying performance ,which gives a truer picture of where we are to the market than the accounting mechanisms surrounding the provisions.Sorry that I probably haven’t made your weekend this time round.ATB

Hi SjL.I need a bit of time to actually go through the statement again..However,looking at the Interview,TH clearly states a $2.2 m profit for the first half ,the $1.8 m is calibrated to that to attain a figure of $4m.Unless some of the renovation dust I'm surrounded in has got to my brain ...that's how I'm listening to that interview.As I say ,I will look at it..Perhaps you could hot line it to TH...

Just one not insignificant point that seems to have been lost in the fog.A payment of $1.8m was paid in respect of the legacy issue disguising the fact that underlying performance was at $4m.One can clearly see that once the company is clear of this issue in the final quarter ,we are flying.

Very pleased to see this operational progress,it’s been slow and hard going but the company is now on solid ground with increasing profitability quarter by quarter.I too am disappointed by the lack of a firm commitment to the dividend and I can see little point in maintaining the current buyback .What is most important though is that the market can see that MMX has put past troubles behind it and is now producing sustainable and predictable profitability.

GF is far too slow in progressing projects .Blue Jay have been very active and enjoy a much higher rating as a result.Our "field seaon" activities to date have been slow and without the definitive resource figure needed to rerate the company.I very much hope that we will see an RNS soon on our Greenland assets.The potential is there but we have to drive that potential into reality.

It's going to take something to get this to
50 never mind 1p.Even a small rise brings put sellers in the absence of.news.We need to know the value of assets in Greenland and that is taking far too long.

I agree..I imagine that the link with Adultblock was the critical factor and will be earnings enhancing .Looks like a logical move.
