Ryan Mee, CEO of Fulcrum Metals, reviews FY23 and progress on the Gold Tailings Hub in Canada. Watch the video here.
It won't be a pipeline it will be an export cable and there will be 2 , one positive and one negative as it will be carrying a DC current, AC is only good for 50km before it loses its potential due to something called the skin effect, there are ways of getting round that of course but if it's going to be 3800km it will require a HUGE voltage.
Thats what I do now ,I am involved with subsea cable laying and burial.
eg the one from Norway to Germany is only 310 miles long and carrys.5 million volts
eg
NordLink is a subsea 1,400 megawatt (MW) HVDC power cable between Norway and Germany, opened in May 2021.[2] The over 500 kilometres (310 mi) long cable operates at a voltage of 500 kV DC.
So if thats what's being planned then the ambitions Morocco has for future energy exports and position in the world as a major player as an energy supplier then suffice to say Sound is in at the ground level if not the beginning
Hi DDboy
Yes we may of received the same email and it does look like , revenge is a dish best served cold
I am very pleased hes well now and actually got a very positive result from all his extremely hard work in bringing to account the various disgraceful behaviour of the previous BoD
Well done Trellis
Totally agree
I am all for Sound and the rise from the ashes b/s as I have been here longer than most of you but Ps post was looking at the "how is it going to happen ,where the money coming from to make it happen ",and nothing has been factually posted to dispute his reasoning ,rather all thats been posted is personal attacks on how hes been negative and sold milloins of shares at a huge loss , give the guy a break
Sound certainly is in the right place at the right time and is definitely a different company now but posts like Ps's are needed otherwise it would slide into the ridiculous pathetic situation again of people comparing 4x4s or buying into the next dream .He/she is just throwing it out there just how is Sound going to pay for all these plans , MORE dilution ???? more debt
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ffs here we go again , £10 by Christmas
Malcolm James Wood aka Jabba doesn't tell the truth and your estimate is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard.
Sound to be worth that much per share would put in the realms of BP and Shell .
Theres over 16 billion shares in the issue ffs
cheeeeesunrice will peeps never learn
He is not but that doesnt mean he doesnt hold stock as I think he may have a fair amount of options I am not sure about that but you can bet your bottom $ that from the way he scuttled away when things went south that his MO tells me that a human being ( stretching the imagination there) like that he will be in there somewhere
The 20% odd rise today was as expected cut off at the knees by the short-sighted and short term traders but the rsie would have been noticed on various BB as " big movers of today "
This in turn will hopefully attract some investors, those that are serious and not just using a few shekels in thier pocket to actually read the RNS that caused the rise and to pay attention to the potential in this stock
sheesh this is getting interesting.
Imagine for one second, one moment of madness, just a breath of a whisper that Tendrara,Sidi, SBK,Horst have found sufficient gas between them to get off the Russian teet ,cheeseun rice if that becomes a reality then the Parsons legacy won't seem so unsavoury , hes still a lying *&^% but a will look back in a not so angry way .
I just got 3 tips from a bookie for the Grand National.
Sunshine.
Moonlight.
Good Times
If they don't win, don't blame it on Sunshine, don't blame it on Moonlight, don't blame it on Good Times, blame it on the Bookie
Ok Ok I hear you :-))
Good post PS and Gassy both correct
GL
In his actual words to me were:
I am aware of what went on before but I was brought in to plug a leaky ship
Make of that what you will but the vessel is still buoyant and up right so some of the leaks have been plugged and he knows where the others are
Excellent post-Mr Utility; it said more than its content.
That's the problem with AIM investors or gamblers, really, your not investing here in the true sense of the word, If you are short term you are gambling; LTH s sure its an investment as the world is getting short on easy gas from relatively safe sources; instead, it comes from the Russian planet Klingon, and we are sure, not ready for renewables to carry the banner so gas will be gold, pure gold and we can but hope Morroco has lots and its all going to happen in the next 2 years
GL will have zero control over what Moroccan HMRC has to say regarding the tax issue; if they say pay, then we have to pay there's zero GL can do about it.
Short term gamblers seem to think GL walks on water ,its simply not the case
If it doesn't go thru then this will of course is expected to rise
The problem is with the present sp is that as soon as there's a breath of circumstance or chance remark of the sp dropping then with the recent gains over the past few days , peeps who have bought on the rise will drop this like a personally signed picture of Jimmy Saville and the sp will follow a similar trajectory as to his legacy,ie drop to levels where people sell and complain that again they have lost money
Its the long term ( 18 months /2 years ) that you have to think about.
I had a reply from Mitchener once after I informed him an old colleague of his told me during the Chester event that they have been trying to squeeze gas out of the Moroccan acre,s for over 30 years and in his opinion, they will never succeed as the geology is too tight and it bears no resemblance to Algeria
Mitchener was very critical of his colleague in such that he thought there were sour grapes as he was working for Sou whereas the guy didn't get the job.
He did inform me that SBK would be an absolute gem though.
But he said a lot did our Brian and pretty much none of it came true
Can you recall what the reservoir size CPR was when they were getting 2.5 mill scuffs /day
Absolutely totally agree, gas is all over the news and to put it simply,it will not be going away anytime soon , certainly not in the next 5/10 years and Sou will be well on the way for development by then
The current atrocious brutal barbaric neanderthal events that Russia has shown the world it is capable of have also given the west a final smack in the fact that Russia, or at least the people in control, are not capable of being human and also main it very plain that Russia is more than prepared to completely shut off gas supplies and blackmail the rest of the world .
This attitude will galvanise the West into finding more gas,( I did hear that Cumbria is sitting on shale reserves that could supply UK for 50 years but it involves fracking which has been banned, well I am sure that will get looked at again )
And where and who else has an area the size of Belgium that could possibly provide gas ,that's Morroco and Sound.
Mr Ps has put forward sound fundamentals on one side of the fence, Mr Share 123 , KTF,DDBoy have the other side , all have their points good and bad but the underlying fact that cannot be dismissed for one second and that is the world needs gas and it needs it now and Morrocco has it
Not too sure where you read the Anoual exploration has to be started by July/ Aug , correct please if I am incorrect.
If we are then we sure haven't got the spons for that so that can will be kicked down the road and the road is the M6
If anyone out there remembers Rock Hopper and the drilling it was doing in the Falklands.
They picked up the licence on a different area after the oil to water in a day discovered by another company drilling down there whos name begins with D and I cant remember it .
Anway Rock Hopper,s sp was around 30 odd pence when I bought in and they hit 268 million barrels OIP and it went to over £5.20p,
The shares in the issue of course were nowhere near what Sou has but it didn't seem to matter as it had the momentum of a runaway train and everybody thought its never going to stop ,I don't even know if it exists anymore
I got out at 1.83 unfortunately
If Sou does hit the big kahuna Tcf then yes of course I have no doubt every one will be rewarded
I have to admit that the prediction of 30p does give you a warm feeling of well being and comfort that would require plastic surgery to get the smile off my face if it everwhere to happen but seriously, let's not be irresponsible here as that's nearly up there with the £1/tcf utter lies.
30p would make the Mkt /Cap nearly half a billion.
In the bygone sad day's age of bricktycoon and Gerry Doorbell of sound oil pushing a drilling derrick on the back of a ricjshaw down an Indonesian logging road would not sound so ridiculous ( those of you who have no idea of what I'm talking about are not LTH,s ), but now, I have absolutely without a shadow of any doubt say no way will this be reaching 30p
