One point LC made on the podcast was that Hernic output was at 1700 ounces for February. Grossing this up for 31days in March would put it just shy of 1900 ounces. With a bit of extra throughput it could be on for the 2000?

Moneyhawk, interesting analysis, however, the market isn’t reading the same? Once again a webcast has caused the SP to self destruct. It seems now no matter what is said you can’t stop the decline. I actually wonder whether they are better off not talking at all...can’t make things worse, can it!

Only caught the webcast part of the way through but I thought one positive was that the answer on Kadpbwe was sooner rather than later?

Edzi, Trouble is, on this basis, trouble will be...the SP will be shattered after (or alternative language). Everyone knows the story...the absolute tanking is because patience has run out and people want answers now. Unless they actually deliver something I can’t understand how they will ever be able to complete another placing in the future, their reputation is rock bottom. Personally if it’s just reiteration I can’t see the point, the same as many others!

Edzi, take on board your comments. Having been invested here for a number of years I am actually hoping this time the webcast will have something concrete in it although I am concerned it will be like every other time which will just push expectations backwards and the SP down!

With all the postings on here and elsewhere trying to increase the sentiment that the webcast will provide something new and be different than before you can almost see the disaster coming!

If this is a broadcast with nothing in concrete behind it, in an attempt to pacify the market, then we’ll end the week under 2p. I just hope Colin isn’t involved.

Hex, couple of things to point out. The 6 months in question is whilst Hernic is ramping up, not whilst at full steam. They also retain earnings for 4 years before sharing, would have thought this would give enough time to pick up other projects?

Don’t forget, as Colin says we are heading Mid-Cap, must just be taking the long route!

I’m gutted I didn’t sell at the 5.0p placing,and the 3.6p placing, thinking both of these would be positive! If these’s another at 2.5p you know what the answer would be! I expect all those investors are loving the SP as well!

Actually bought more today thinking 2.70 was the bottom? Soon found out that was wrong, must have sliced my hand off with that falling knife!

Following the podcast yesterday I’m worried that Colin is becoming a bit of a fantasist. There is always talk about pipeline and talking to majors whilst thinking Mid Cap. Where is the evidence!

When he mentioned 2030 I thought he was going to say that was when the jam was coming and the SP would recover!

Just listened to the podcast. Couldn’ understand the point of it. Still all tomorrow and no now. Explains why the SP has dived again. Think I’ll cut my losses substantial though they are and run for the hills. So much potential, so little delivery!

Must be the quietest day ever in terms of dealing? Curious why the price didn’t drop to create some action?

MinorMiner, this might be a great strategy but without producing positive cash flow it will just hammer the SP again because it will mean more cash out and no jam today? Maybe the SP is sinking because there is another placing going on? We’ll be the last to find out!

I agree with a lot of what you say although the one positive for me is that with Kabwe the long date has only been extended to the end of March. Feels positive to me, if they thought the licence renewal was a drawn out process shouldn't this have been moved further back. If it does get moved again the SP is going to go through the floor? It would highlight further management incompetence? They have to start managing the message.,.under promise, over deliver!

I think the issue with the SP is, yes there are lot’s of growth opportunities, but every one is covered in risk. Even if the big opportunity (Kabwe) goes the right way, delivery of jam is a year away. The SP needs jam now? If new projects are announced these are likely to mean further dilution because cash generation isn’t significant enough to make them self supporting? Personally I find it disappointing that so many opportunities have only had a negative effect on the SP, it makes me worried for the next!
