Is the share issue the bad news Colin was referring to in the recent Webcast, or is there something else, which is why the SP is down? If this deal is truly accretive then the SP should go up?

Although the boards are generally positive about this deal, the market obviously takes a different stance? Although personally I think the deal is good it just reinforces the problem of needing to issue shares at every opportunity? When they get Kabwe up and running they need to start a share repurchase programme at some small level to get the SP to rise without fear?

Another couple of points would be that Kabwe has multiple years of tailings so good ongoing value and, from your analysis this could be heading to 20p+?

I actually wish the conversation was about retention. Little point in earning £50m in revenue if you’re spending £60m to get it. Appreciate the revenue is going to rise dramatically, they just need to clarify at what margin. If this is flowing through to the bottom line then conversations should start about how shareholders get a piece of the action, share buybacks or dividend!

About 28minutes in Colin mentions doing something first with Merino whilst talking about the three companies. Does anyone know what this is and is it significant?

Listening to the webcast it’s a lot of trust us which is why the SP is not moving. Delivery of Fine Chrome should change that because it moves from trust to delivery. If the USP is proved then even licensing alone would prove worthwhile whereas in reality this could open a lot of doors. Maybe 2 months to prove it?

Didn’t catch the webcast. What’s happening with Fine Chrome? Thought this supposed to be up and running now? Which decade was Jam promised? This or the next?

It would be good to have the RNS today to ensure better questions are asked tomorrow. No RNS would presumably mean jam next year and a negative revision of the SP!

It would just be good if we get through the webcast with more answers than questions! Usually all seems to go well and the SP tanks. Be prepared for a battering! It would be great if this truly shows a new path!

So, as the two weeks mentioned in the last comms are up, are we going to see some positive news next week on Fine Chrome or more tumbleweed? Based on the negativity on the SP more frequent news might provide some support?
