As an example follow the history of ggp, especially early years. There's always another reason to raise cash, dilute shares until you can sell or you are able to go up the lassonde curve.

Ive seen this many times but you can't raise cash until you have got a handle on the extent you want to go...exploration is costly and time consuming and takes years....

May be wise to wait after the next cash call although sub 1p as good an entry when have invested in other similar projects
