Whilst arguments have been made for the share dilution, historically speaking because it was all too often, shareholders held off from buying. If they continue to keep going cap in hand to the market then they cap the share price so dont expect much for a very long time. The only reason why some have made money is because the company was written down so much it was almost worthless..

One of the key drivers in a growth strategy is the speed in which it is done...I would rather see a more consolidation nd accumulation around current projects. On the matter of share dilution you need to go back further than 2015.

I see pymetal are shelving and deferring plans for 6 months....why should this bod be any different except they dont tell you

Running a growing business is like climbing stairs you go up, plateau, then go up and plateau etc etc somewhere along the line the stakeholder gets paid for the risk they've taken....the fact is they have run this business and completely forgotten who is most important and what the priorities are....so you can shove the book profit and I wont be impressed until leon brings me some hard cash which is long overdue

Well in that case they should make sure they are making profit from existing operations ...what you dont do us expand and make the same mistakes..they have got to demonstrate they can return money to sharehders

I dont think they should get anymore cash via dilution. If Roan is meant to be that cash generative then they wont need to raise cash.

We all should vote no. They've had plenty of time to consolidate growth and turn this into profit for shareholders. If they cant do this successfully with all of the dilution and I mean it's been bad for lths...then dont deserve to raise anymore cash!

If you buy now it's likely there will be quite a wait until a return. Dfs next stop then maybe after this if there is a decision to mine or we get bought for a decent return
