Evening folks. Having been a REM (kdnc) holder for too long I finally took a small position here this morning.

Reading around there seem to be many theories regarding the source of funding, one thing I wondered was whether we could end up going private and being delisted. Clearly that would involve us getting more back than the current SP but would rule out the big gains that could be had here. How likely is this scenario?

Also, given the long road ahead what are people thinking the SP could settle at once funding is agreed? Will be a while before production and some operational cash burn until the stuff gets mined.

Do we have to seek permission, call it variation to planning permission, if we want to beef up the gas generator through additional modules? Or do we simply add the module and crack on?

Its not clear whether this will impede our ability to flow and make cash..

So, does this mean that the only way we can continually produce more than say 380 bopd is if the gas produced is lower than anticipated?

Over the last few days/weeks there have been many attempts to essentially question the ability of angus to quickly derive cash flow from Brockham.

Two often cited things have been the gas generation and the ability to flow at high rates due to the limitation of the gas generator being used to burn the expexted gas and the absence of permission for a flare stack (emergency use only), and question marks over what production licence we have.

Can those with genuine technical knowledge please clarify and explain whether or not the gas production and capacity limits of the gas electric generator will or will not result in limited flow and production, and secondly is there a link to a document that sets out the production licence, its duration and any limits imposed.

That should then put to bed some of the uncertainty.

Ok so I'm not a million miles out then. This could be insane if we were to get 3 wells on the go our current SP would be blown out the park.

Any idea what SP we could realistically achieve if we had 3 wells each producing 1500 bopd? My calculations for the above based on Vonk's 25mcap per 100bopd gives me a SP of £2.95 is that right?

I've had two different alerts, one for a reduced holding from bergen and one for a price monitoring extension, two different rns's from two different alert sources; hsbc and rnsalerts dot com. Think its erroneous on both counts...

What is required to turn the other two into producers? Will it take much finance to achieve?
