Good post bigbite. So we could end up with 50% of a fully funded sonora, plus 50% of zinnwald?
Wong, a share buy back would result in less cash in bank but a reduced amount of equity available on the market which would increase the SP. I suspect none of that will happen, any operating profit is more likely to be used to fund investment which will lead to more profit and more dividend payments as we grow.
Guess we'll have to wait and see if anything happens, fair play for trying to get an answer from Shore
That was my thoughts too, surely if they were true there'd be a rush if buying?
Market Cap is still low but it is now around the £40m mark not £24m, 16m shares in issue times £2.5 = £40m.
Figures displayed on this site tend to be based on previous days closing price, google live share price displays present market cap in real time.
Thanks Zarro, good post. How confident would you be that the new equity is raised at such a premium to the current SP? I understand your calculations are based on the projects NPV but that price of £1 for new shares is still significantly higher than the current, albeit undervalued, SP.
Of the $220m left to secure does anyone know what proportion is planned to come from the issuing of new shares? I'm trying to work out how much growth there could be in the share price, already have a small holding here and want to add but its not clear to me what further dilution we can expect?
Is there a chance that Zinnwald could be sold to part fund sonora?
My god, could we have had two better bits of news this week!!!
Good shout wong re the annual report. Well worth a download, very impressive and bodes well for the weeks and months ahead.
Placing? Lol I dont think so.
I thought it was revenue growth that was reduced, not revenue per se.
It's good that we have some detail now on margins. With £88m of booked revenue for 2019 and say an 8% margin that gives cash generation of £7m, be interested to know if anyone can suggest a SP valuation based on those figures, not sure what the relevant multiple would be but we are definitely undervalued now even with the fca stuff in the background. Onwards and upwards from here hopefully.
Hopefully a good solid base for further increases that similarly stick.
As promised here is a link to the email from investor relations: https://snag.gy/uO4mbc.jpg
You have your view, I have mine. Its a bb, we are allowed to comment on what we think may or may not happen are we not? Just as you are allowed, and do, speculate on what mm's are up to - I've seen some of your past posts on other boards.
As has been pointed out above, no sane person should make trading decisions based on what is posted on these boards.
I say again, I've done nothing wrong and am perfectly entitled to have said what I said with the information I received from the company. Furthermore I will post a screenshot of the email I received. I'll say no more on this.
I posted no advice whatsoever, all I did was state what I thought could happen if we had to wait until end of Q2 for the release. Like I said, if you had read my previous posts you could see I'm a genuine poster. I'll post the emails up here later and you can see for yourself.
I can forward the email to anyone who wants to see it, I totally didnt expect the release today. Before you sling about accusations give me your email address and you can read the email the company sent me, then you can post your apologies to me. I've been 100% honest and the email trail I have shows that.
Believe me it's not an attempt at that, I was just having a guess at what would likely happen to the SP as we wait for the news.
I don't ever deramp, I have never shorted a stock and am ideologically opposed to that practice. I just say what I think will happen, sometimes I'm right, sometimes I'm wrong. I need this stock to rise not fall. However, there had been many hoping for an earlier trading update and therefore without news I predicted the price would fall. (read my previous posts and you'll see for yourself)
I find it odd that there is talk of investor relations disclosing a definitive timescale too. Their response to my email simply reiterated the RNS from January i.e. that they are looking to update the market by the end of q2 2019.
What you talking about wong? All they have said is that they hope to release the details of FY 2018 by the end of quarter 2. What is wrong with that?
