He and Lord Black Adder still pocket Millions in Annual Salary

they don't give a toss about us living day to day now

He appears to be a little Camera shy when it comes talking to his shareholders directly

22,194,624 Lloyds Shares

I bet he has never had to put his hand in his pocket to bought any of these millions of share on the open market like his shareholder losers have had to ... to look for a living

The Board have taken to account for £23 Billion cost to PPI rewards to date

Shame looks like the institutional investors are probably on the pay roll as well

NO they just sit on the shareholders and pay themselves millions

I gave my instructions to HSBC invest direct to proxy vote for me and they confirmed I voted via proxy

I listed my vote on each resolution

I do hold the majority of my Lloyd's shares online and only few paper certification

But staff and Board of directorsstill got cash bonuses for 2019

But we had our 2019 Dividend cancelled ?

All in this together ?

2020 Bonuses is another issue

I agree Barclays is very very cheap but on the other hand so are Lloyd's Banking Group shares

Hopefully now the Small business loans are guarantee 100% by HMG

Now Provisions on all UK Banks loan book, will hopefully will not all be kitchen sinked into the watch list

If Barclays report a steady update tomorrow expect and big rise here

I think we end up with a lot more than today's prices on the bid

I here for the ride and want to see where Amigo takes me

Hopefully back to at least a quid but who knows I think I do know this share interests me :-)

Looking forward closing the 77.10 Gap ;-)

HBSC have confirmed they will vote for me.... you just need to list the resolutions and say if your FOR or AGAINST

There is 29 resolutions

1 to receive annual accounts for 2019

2 to 14 are the re-elections

15 and 16 remuneration policies

17. Approval of final ordinary dividend 2.25p

well I still hopeful we see our final 2019 Dividend in October time

Excellent news no provisions needed on small business loans then going forward

I would like to say a BIG thank you for encouraging policy holders of PPI to claim they was miss-sold this product over the last 10 years

Today lockdown would of cost Lloyds Banking Group a billions on claims under their policies now they just got to claim from the Government AKA Tax Payer

Maybe our very own PPI man CEO Antonio has pulled a rabbit out of the hat after all in 2009

If we still had those PPI policies in Lloyds Banking Groups portfolio would of been a costly today
