I never knew about the bond's

That add another spanner in the works.

2022 is not that far away so they will need to look into the Bonds maturity dates these Bonds will need to be extend 5 to 10 years to give a cushion

Maybe also repaid early with excess rights money and issue new ones at 5 to 10 year tender ?

Banks will want to renegotiate the Revolving credit facility

Repay old one and then agree a new one, on new terms that beneficial for all party's

Lenders are happy all legal boxes ticked

The customer will be happy with new facility

It's all ifs and buts

Let's wait for the update its not a good time for car manufacturers ... no one is buying or driving for that matter

Banks will want to reduce any debts with any excess rights issue money

He really should not be a CEO he is a yes man not a leader

He been too weak and has no punch to run a big FTSE 100 like Lloyds Banking Group

Managed to give away over £23 Billion shareholders money on PPI while under his watch seen the share price slide under his watch.

I thought he was here to give his Shareholders AKA Owners Value not make them poorer

Fact Banks never had to cancel their 2019 Dividends

They was told to hence they still managed to paid cash and share bonuses behind the regulators backs

Our Dividend is still sitting on the 2019 balance sheet

The institutional investors vote is important

Surely they cannot be happy with the current situation

Lloyd's ship been drifting backwards for year's now strong leadership

Our Captain too busy chasing the ladies

In February when The final 2019 Dividend was announced

Many like me budgeted our year's costs and how much we need to live on in 2020

Without Shareholder communication or consultation the CEO and his cronies they decided to dump shareholders 2019 dividend and still rewards themselves cash/ share bonuses .

The Dividend for 2020 is not the issue....here.

We just want the year end 2019 Dividend paid like the staff bonus pots was honoured. Via the back door.

The Last ten year's I believe the Lloyd's Board have gave us no value or returns to compensate the bonuses that they have happily been paying themselves.

This will be our only chance to have our say in 12 months as they appear to have a closed door policy to our e-mail questions and concerns.

Please cast your vote on the 2019 dividend,
