Lloyd's is wanting the Government to set up the Department for any the bad loans where the Government is the Guarantor

Government backed loans are not actually going dent any profits just a little more administration

similar in Italy they have an expert guarantee department called SACE the banks can claim on any defaulting export loans that was set up to encourage exporters

Last 12 months for has been a right lesson in trying to chase a pot of gold I've written off ,£30,000 in bad share bets and that's only small change in my Lloyd's shares I hold in paper loses I am holding today

But will ride that storm out for one better day with my Lloyd's holding.

No need for me to post on here anymore but will keep one eye on thevshare price going forward.

so far in 2020

I've managed to buy a few more since the new year now hold average on 50,000 new recruits Black Beauty's is 36.36p

I know that I get my money back and will also bank some profit, like I've always done

The Group is just too big and cannot be valued by the Market

I actually left of MBNA Bank as well

In the 80s and 90s big was good but today small is appreciated by the Market and some companies that are are tiny are valued a premium values.

In 1999, Lloyds TSB agreed to buy the Scottish Widows for £7 billion

and that was 21 years ago !!! add the appreciation in the assets of 21 days

Today Lloyds Banking Group is only valued at £22 Billion by the Market.... shocking

Any new CEO will certainly look into at this and could very well decide to break up the Group in for 4 areas.

Lloyds Bank
Halifax PLC
Bank of Scotland
Scottish Widows

Each of the above will be have at least an asset valued of around £10 Billion each by any City Analyst.

This will release any locked value for its shareholders for existing shareholder

Honestly we could get 1 share for each new any of the above floated PLC's around 40p to 60p ranges.

That works out to around 200p in total IMHO .

Any planned separation is always best planned in a recovering market as the company needs to be placed to the market are premium to receive this best prices.

So all may not be lost here Monday

Even If we run down the book, we get more than double the share price return to us today, as we got already got money in the Bank but the board are wanting to expense lawyers fees etc

The Legal fights is costing millions and its shareholders money, the board are spending to fights its own shareholders ... cannot make it up

300p to 14p IMHO us shareholders are last ones on their concern list

they getting paid ££££££ of the shareholders backs who are now all but skint thanks to the 15p price tag today

As I said its really cannot get any worse ... we nearly all but lost our capital investment here anyway today

This vote is massive to get any capital value back IMHO
