They all have private agenda's mostly to wind Investors up , it's not only Lloyds chat.... Just look around

Lately due to the share price disappointment , I stop looking in here weekends

I enjoy life and naturally look and very positive in life and never hang out with miserable moaning people. They end up bringing you down.

Also not nice to read posters arguing it's not worth it honest.....life is for living

Maybe there are other investments that you know and will reward you greater than Lloyds Banking Group shares will over the recovery year's.

In 2016 I was all in HSBC when they announced a £2.5 Billion Buy Back

Share price went from 425p to 760p within 12 months

Lloyds Banking Group buying Embark a shrewd move .......

Gone under the radar IMHO

Any consolidation with a big buy back program will not be a disaster as many have you to believe

My Mrs still holds 200 Lloyds TSB shares .... She's is an employee from the late 1980s / 1990s

She did have 500 in the day but sold 300 when buying her 1st house ....she said they sold for £900 for 100 shares and put down £2,700 deposit on the house....

No one is expecting a statement from the new CEO next week or in the following few weeks.

He may give the shareholders an idea of his intentions on the 3rd Quarter update in October.

I am sure Charlie boy will want to meet his business unit managers to get the understanding of the operations within the Group first

A low share price is good news with any announcement with the shares price low and any bought back will be below the pre covid prices.

Note that our previous buy back the share price was in the late 60s and 70s, so we sitting at bargain prices already.

At today's price's if I was Charlie, my first job on Monday I be requesting a buy back ASAP......

He really needs to get the shareholders on side ASAP

Last few years has been a PR disaster from the Lloyds board , cannot forget lord blackwell smirking at the shareholders In the internet video saying any excess capital is shareholders money and will be returned once covid issues pass

Even RBS is more favourable looked upon by Investors these days.
