If this is for AIM then there should be more strict compliance rule for Main market company as HEMO is a Main market company.

I am on the sane boat as I was not expecting this type of placing until RNS. I didn’t sell single share out of my 2m shares. Please be careful with very good sounding posters here as they are the main trader as well in my opinion. I wish I am wrong but ny conscience now say they are must manipulative than Stu and Pumpki. True but I don't expect any changes until end of next week. I hope we will start to see some increase from a week after.

We just need to wait until next week to see all 166m shares churned for 2p. Once that is cleared then we can expect price to rise slowly. Until then just wait and watch.

I think we should not blame traders as they are there to make money anyway. They don’t worry about ethical or not. This is down to company how they wanted to be trustworthy. I had trust on this company but since this placing it is gone. If Vlad is not good in negotiation then he needs to make space for other efficient person.

That is right Mr I. I don't blame to anyone as just to myself as I trusted this company blindly. I know science is great and this can make difference in Pharma industry but this is not good reputation for the company as this is good for the people who wanted to make few buck with very illegal way, I mean insider trader. I am not selling either but have made up my mind to go out in some point soon.

I agree with you as company has insider trading, which needs to be reported to FCA and Vlad should be penalized. This is criminal

Has anybody has idea how many shares a MAIN market company can issue for fund raising each year? Where can I find rules for placing? Would be helpful if anyone can provide links with explanation.

I completely agree as that's the main reason this share is just sitting like this and there are people with different agenda and they wanted to play around in this grey situation.

Personally I don't believe what you saying as if company has to do that they would have done placing when it was on spike. This is clinical company now as there is no confusion about product going for trials and company doesn't undervalue their importance in Pharmaceutical market. However it is easy to manipulate things when there is lack of communication by company. It all depends what is your agenda and why you are here.

May be there are so many people have bought few millions, which doesn't fall under TR1. I have 2 millions share but I don't need to put any TR1 if I sell all my shares. That's the reason these 100K, 300k, 500k and even millions coming as sell like this I guess. Still no complaint they can sell and some other investor will buy those shares. This is what share market works.

It is just a human psychology. I wanted to sell at 5p during spike but I trusted this product and wanted to wait until further update regarding clinical trial. Everyone has their own agenda and situation. People get impatience easily if they expect to get return very easily, No complaint again as that is their choice. Just relax and be happy whatever decision we make. I am happy to wait and no moaning as I give benefit of doubt to the company, who is going to make product to save millions of lives. Just my opinion. DYOR

It seems bit shocking but I don't think that is placing share from January 2023 as people were buying below 2p before CH lifted and now they are just selling it for certain % of profit. That their choice and no complaint. Agree that company should have communicated something at least how they are moving forward in terms of funding for Clinical trials and CBR and CDX product. I believe hey are in discussion with big company for JV and it is not that easy that they can release information. Just my guess and I am waiting for that to come out soon.
