How many warrants left to exercise? They said warrants will generate £10 million @ 4p. It means 250 million shares for warrants. That is hell lot of shares when company currently have around 35million shares. Be careful new investors

Thank you guys for the information. I called on that number and they asked me to provide information about the company being scam/ fraud and shareholding details. Then they will look in to the information during the process.

I hope we get news early next week about 28 days of P3. That will help to boost share price higher as otherwise market sentiments might change like before. I still believe and holding.

I am still holding as I am on loss now. I didn’t sell when it was £8-9. I don’t know if it is bad or good. We need trial update after 28 days of 3rd patient. If that comes as good then I don’t think any warrant makes differences. IMO.

I agree MrsIndia. I am not in favour of warrants but this is already done and there is no other option to change now I guess.

This was already agreed and warrant holders can exercise it anytime they like as long as company has headroom to issue shares I guess. This is not extra fundraise as this can’t be avoided in any case. I understand it dilutes value but still this is known fact. IMO

This is good for HEMo that they get some cash through previously agreed warrants. We also have some warrants sitting at different prices:

8th Jan - 50000 @ £5

11th March 197000 @ £3.5

13 th March - 95000 @ £4

3rd June - 250000 @ £1.8

July - 133690 @ £1.8 and

Aug - 316000 @ £1.8

Look for the MCAP as it is just £34M. We still have to go at least X3 from here to get fair value. After that all depends on how next week Wednesday 28 days result for P3 comes. If all 3 patients report comes as expected then I can't imagine what would be the price. Let's wait and see it moving up. I will make my strategy once MCAP hits £100M.

Most of the late trades are buy as of London Stock Exchange price range by that time. Hope next will be more interesting.

There are many news to come in a day, weeks. This was long due for HEMO. We are still under 1.2p old money and Just circa £21M MCAP, which is way low undervalued for HEMO products. We will fly next week and hopefully get to £10 at least. IMO. DYOR

This is just less than 1.2p old money for LTH. Still to go long way. Hemo has very good future. CDX and CBR has not been counted in this price. Less than 20M MCAP. £100M MCAP is fair value in my opinion for CAR-T only. DYOR

This is definitely buy. Look properly in London stock transaction as that will show real time information.

You are absolute disgrace to investors. Your statements are arrogant. There are many LTH who invested in the beginning of HEMo and you comparing your profit with investment of 2.5k with 180p. There are many LTH who have invested multiple of your 2.5k in the beginning.

Warrant will bring money to company Pumpky though little dilution to value. I am positive for warrant as they invested when risk was high. Still minimum price will be £16-18 to reach £100m mcap. I mean after warrant exercise.

You will see that as well Pumpky if you have patience. If this trial works and CBR and CDX works then it is not difficult to reach £360 party. But patience is important.Good luck.
