Over recent weeks we have been approached by potential funders from London and the USA. Given the accelerating progress we consider it wise to accept sufficient cash now to illustrate our financial capacity for the next phase.

I received the same answer and I also guess they are working to fix things. We might hear something meaningful soon.

Dear HEMO Team,

I would like to congratulate the whole team for getting through the IND application and getting the company to clinical level.

I am a long term shareholder of HEMO as I have been holding shares since 2021 and not sold single shares though there were opportunities to sell during the spike.

I am just wondering if the HEMO team can update about the current status of Placing shares and plan for the immediate future.

It is really very confusing how this company is managing as all PI and long term shareholders are not informed appropriately and people who wanted to get benefit from trading or shorting the company shares are getting benefit from company shares.

It would be great help if the company can update immediately about the status of placing shares and plan for CART- clinical trials, Status of CBR and CDX as well.

We can be positive in that scenario as Vlad knows more about science than us I guess and he is confident about chances of success of CT. I think it is good to hold company 100% if there was a very low offer. However 2p placing was killer as he should have done at least 3p minimum if he had that signal after 9th Feb. I am not sure how this happened but there was a chances for him to place above 3p until a week after CH lifted. Anyway it's done and I don't think this can be reversed. Just be positive and see how thing unfolds in near future.

I understand your concern Mr I and agree some point you have raised as it is very unprofessional for company to keep sile for long time when there should be some update at least regarding placing shares. I agree with Haywain as well as there might be some specific reason Vlad wanted to stay silence, who knows if he is dealing with big company behind the door and this might come as a surprise to shareholders.

Having said this their way of working is not satisfying and convincing to shareholders I admit. Let's see if anything comes by next week. Just a guess. until then let traders, Shorters enjoy their life.

I just sent an email to both address, UK headquarters and US headquarters and let's see if they respond on time.

I am just wondering what happened to placing shares? It was supposed to be trading on or around 6th March. Don't we need to hear from Company what happened? I was expecting RNS explaining about the current status of placing shares as I have seen other companies do release update regarding placing immediately once is it sorted.

this is a patter in HEMO. Same happened last time. Goes down than placing price until sometime and started to bounce back. Let's hope next week is the time to bounce back. Just my opinion.

Appreciate your time and clear view about HEMO and it's product JHFH. Let's hope for positive news soon, if not in couple of weeks. Share price should bounce back to positive from next week as that is what I am hoping now.

Very fair explanation and I agree with you. I have been reading your comments since I bought HEMO I think 2021 or even 2020 but nothing has changed on CEO's leadership capacity. I completely understand HEMO's value and it's possibility of saving millions of lives with CAR-T, which is clinical phase now and CBR-which can be Microsoft of Pharmaceuticals. Only concern is leadership need to show some maturity. Let's not just blame Vlad, then what were BOD were doing until 3 weeks since CH lifted and suddenly decided to raise fund with placing at 2p?

I know and I can understand that this company has massive potentiality for life saving drugs and even if successful making every shareholders life better as well. Only concern here is that management need to work out with high level of maturity. Leadership need to show leadership skills. I believe in the company and still haven't sold my shares. Good luck and hope we will hear something positive from company soon.

I agree with some of your points except not blaming Vlad as if Vlad is right then he should have come with proper financial plan for clinical trials, Why he hasn't updated website yet, Why there is no any PR involved? There are other company who has issued billions of shares but their price is not going down like this when company has no debt, became clinical. If Vlad has done his job as a CEO properly then all these shorters and traders would have gone long time back in my opinion. They are playing in that space, what Vlad has provided creating vacuum between company and shareholders.

Recently, Vlad suspended twitter and just got update that if any shareholders asks clarification then he blocks them? Is that what a leader behave in a company? I understand HEMO has very big potential but management need to re-think how they have been managing the company. This is not somebody's private company as this is publicly listed company and there are many people, who has invested in this company thinking that their life would be better of when company success. Do you ever think if Vlad has cared for then? Just my frustration since this stupid placing of 2p.

7% traded and 43% up. Not a good start after share consolidation. Can we expect same tomorrow until it reaches 2p. Just a thought guys.

Ok. I got your point and I think this should be good learning point for directors as well. They should be communicating through proper channel that every shareholder can get update about what's happening. If it is just a courtesy email doctored then definitely that is ethical matter and that individual should not be getting any response individually. Thanks for clarifying.

Thanks for the update. I haven't seen the email yet but if that was falsified by someone then why company is not taking action against that individual who circulated that email instead of you updating on this site?

Is something stopping company to do good thing?

We shouldn't be expecting any rise this week as there are still shares from 2p to churn. Next week probably we might see some improvement hopefully. But not guarantee in my opinion.
