Woodbois PLC web site is currently undergoing maintenance. I was on the site on the 31st December 2025 and took a few photographs. Very impressive! Looks a bloody marvellous company going somewhere - with our money!

The AIM-listed firm stated that it was now "working tirelessly" to get its new set of numbers completed "on an urgent basis".

In terms of its Gabonese sites, Woodbois said revenue for June 2025 was projected to increase based on current contracts, production levels, and both export and local sales activity.

Does anyone have any contacts on The Daily Telegraph Business Desk or other suitable publications where we are able to draw some attention to this?

My registered letter has NOT been received by Woodbois Guernsey 'as yet'. However I have received a communication from Aim Regulations stating that they have acknowledged receipt of my letter and are looking in to the matter. Lobby Aim as well everybody. aimregulation@lseg.com.

It is obvious that they are looking to do a runner with our hard earned cash and let mates and whoever benefit. Strong resistance required. I have never seen such a three card trick. There are individuals who have engineered this and are likely to be culpable. Lets see what the authorities say first.

I have written to Guernsey Registry and signed in on discord. Are you able to throw people of discord if they are just sniffing around? Is Facebook and Whatsapp more secure? Disgruntled Pi's - please join the movement whatever amount you have invested (thrown away). It adds up to many millions and we PI's all deserve our money back on this one. You can't make it up! Signed for letters I sent on Wednesday. Woodbois London Office received 12.11pm 08/01/26. Aim London Stock Exchange 10.49am 08/01/26. Woodbois Guernsey Office - not received yet. On is unable to guarantee who letters have got through to. Have to wait and see. Will email Guernsey Registry with letter.

I have sent 2 identical letters out to the CEO one to London Office and the other to Guernsey Office and copied in on Aim Regulations. Dissatisfaction with lack of corporate information and inaccurate information from individual company members, accounts not posted on time and Lack of Nomad guidance. Bullish and confident web site still apparently touting for business. Don't fully understand who else is invested but hopefully this will all come out in the wash. Beware - if you are genuine a certain proportion of people on this board are bound to be pumping misinformation to destabilize the situation further. If you hold a grievance as a PI lobby anyone you are able to at the moment who counts. Time appears short.

The only other sinister aspect to this debacle that concerns me is that just the PI's are being dropped. Is that possible? I am out this morning but will draft a short letter with the salient features as I see them and send to CEO at London and Guernsey addresses with a copy to Aim. That's a start. Will let you know when it has gone. No doubt The Company and other investors will be dipping in to this bulletin board. I am based in London.

I intend writing a letter to the CEO urging Woodbois to communicate with Investors and PI's to clarify the situation. Unhappy with late returns and misinformation provided by the Company and individuals. Woodbois site still touting for business on Web Site. If response not adequate declare intention to set up a WhatsApp Group - Woodbois PI Action Group or Investor Group. Members requires to be carefully vetted. Any other ideas? Perhaps if we all send a letter recorded delivery to the MD to both London and Guernsey addresses with a copy to Aim.

From the wall of silence and from what I have been advised probably indicates that we PI's are targeted for a stuffing in this debacle. Whatever gives I do not believe that this is tenable - Misinformation, late posting of results, still promoting and solicitating for sales on WBI website etc etc. How many PI's on this board are prepared to take this further collectively if necessary. Just pressure initially on the current management (who are there in situ! - they are not invisible.) and the Aim Regulators.

I believe that Mr Lucas Kanme was appointed the CEO or CEO designate of Woodbois Limited in January 2025.

At some stage The Company has to file a complete set of accounts in Guernsey but the WBI subsidiary in UK will have to file at Companies House. They raised a significant amount of money in April 2025 What has happened to it? 1) Are they still funding the ongoing business with this cash, or have they ceased trading and 'sold the kit off?' What do you think? Any concerns at this stage contact Aim Regulations. Need to stay tight on this.
