Hi Riddler. So.. finally getting time to read your technicals, and randomly found this share, thought i would look at the charts. Not quite sure how to use the fib tool on iii yet, but the bollinger lines look good - 3 month (9) edging close to high, 6month (18) and 1year (50) all touching the high. SMA, sp is above on the 3 month and 6 month. And very close to going over the 200 MA. Does this look like a good time to get in purely based on those technicals learnt so far?? Thanks

It does paint a dramatic picture... and i dont want to cross the line in an ethical debate, but at the same time, the miners have no choice, they may get only a £ an hour or whatever, but in their eyes, its that or nothing. I am not saying its right but - they have to survive. I lived close to the Lesotho border in SA and witnessed alot of people migrating over the border to work in SA mines because it was better pay then in Lesotho - and that was still diabolical rates. Its tough to imagine - but it happens!

I am South African, and i can garauntee you it certainly wont be the most high tech mining on the planet. If i were a gambling man (oh wait i am) it would most probably be a local black person working long hours on the mine! But i could be wrong.

Yes, only ever put £500 of my own money into shares, just keep taking shares and putting back in. Been lucky really - did Barc ealry on - Sold out at £1.80 - should hyave kept really - and then a mining company AUR. And now PXS is doing well for me. The rest of my shares are small and up and down like a yo yo. got into RBS at 28p as well so trying to be patient with that. But must admit - alot more guessing then actual knowledge. Who are the main culprits in PXs - i have stopped watching the board - too much waffle and not enough substance on the board now.

Sorry to be ignorant, but what do you mean a big short position. I sold half my shares to lock in some profits, but still have a fair amount in PXS. Do you see it rising any more, or dropping. I mean since i have a profit there is no harm leaving it - but its always nice to get out while you can, if you see the price dropping?? thanks

some sound advice for GKP, learning alot in the last week or so. Been busy today though. Waiting for DAV as well - and good work on MRG. I regretted selling barclays a while back but making £1200 profit on your first ever share dealing cant be bad. So have learnt to be happy with any profit that comes your way - big or small. been meaning to ask - what is a bollinger? Is that something to do with Charts?

dont know who the main researchers are but i also noticed the usual suspects on PXS chats have been very very quiet. Spirit and HGC usually post alot there.

Never thought about it that way!!!! Yeah - always have a little bit extra to play with. PXS got 6.2 - in at 2.95 (quite chuffed with that) and DAV - just got in at 13.09p
