Investors), another is an offshore company could well be director(s) (no knowledge). How Homey, do you come to your unbelievable opinion? , if you are not trading minor movements of the share price for your own benefit?

The two main external shareholders have rejected our current proposed method of funding, due to the size required needing their OK/permission (greater than 15% of MCAP. So it appears to me that NCR & BHP are going to try to let us drain/or run out of cash, which will create a reducing share price, making us more acceptable to other outsiders to bid. Are there any limits on us with regard to streaming amounts raised?

I think with your later intepretation of NM at Noosa, it explains why Ingo was dispensenced with, — sale ( or small % of joint Venture) of Casabel, fund raising for others not required (or not to the same extent). In reply to other posts, if he resigned, I think he would have said so, he may have sticking plaster attached re any statement that he was pushed, however if happy in London I can see why he didn't want to go to Brisbane. Why stay until Sept 5th? maybe his options have clause?

Further to my last missive. They have given the "notice" of the meeting, when to they have to publish the "agenda'? 14 or 21 days? . In my experience they usually go hand in hand, but that was sometime ago. If it is a JV for casabel, surely they 'know' about it now, would they not have to have published this info? (beyond my knowledge).

I don't think we would NEED to, but it would be a vote of confidence in the board's decision, which would be sensible - depending upon the vote going their way

I don't think you need an EGM for an incoming bid, as one votes to accept or decline the offer
If (I agree very unlikely) SOLG are proposing to bid for someone else , ie dilution I can see more reason for an EGM
I think if it is to be a JV for Cascabel , I can see more reason to do so.
For one of the smaller assets I think not.
