Someone buys 20 million and a breath of optimism appears, there have been virtually no trades to speak of in June (apart from the last two days) and suddenly today there are a load of sells. Doesn't make sense to me

Say the BOD survive which from my current viewpoint they shouldn't. New Co as either a Sub Co or stand alone, great fesability study, economic prospect, MNC owns 30% of co so will be liable for its share of mining cost set up. If this is right, we have given the prospect away for SFA

I am still holding, as I bet the board are, but I haven't got anything to put into CD partners, which I bet they will/have once the paperwork is out the way

Just a suggestion - plan A fell through Friday (so in public domain, with whoever pulled out) - called halt, already had CD capital as plan B, which was activated over the weekend. As we seem to have got nothing out of this at all for 4/5 years

Is it possible that they/some have a stake/holding/loan to CD? Without having to declare it? If all money is staying in the new sub. Company we didn't get 45 million, we got a nominal 22.5 less the employees going with new Co. Is new co a subsidiary co? In which case the whole MNC coil still be taken over or a stand alone Co?

As I stated earlier, I think the selling relates to people who this AM and have sold for 5-8% profit on the day

Takeover JV agreed JV not agreed, which would explain 33% sells. Although we all know/think/believe buys and sells are manipulated. Sells on ISDX are double the buys

Idle thought. We held out for a high price for JV, the 'major' thought it too steep. Well if we do a placing "we will offer you shares to subscribe for", so when talks complete you will get back the 'extra' we wanted. Will be very interesting if a major stake in this placing is a 'major'.
