I would imagine that’s how it would work Furion. In the case of the sale I previously referred to there was no Divi. Just a complete sale of the entire company.

It happened to me with one of my former holdings. RNS announced sale and price per share. When the market opened the SP went within a fraction of the sale SP share price. Approval was sought from share holders and the process took around 4 months. Holders could still trade up to the actual sale date. I sold out just prior to the said date but anyone left holding received the sale price on completion day. I suspect with Boil Chudich will be sold and they may issue a proportion of the price as a dividend. Either way it’s riches. Let’s just hope it happens 🤞🤞

I live in hope RA. I look at the fundamentals with any investment. It’s basically sound with boil. We have a world class asset. Will sell eventually. How long is the question.

I never ramp a share because genuine investors could loose money. Lots do, be wary of twitter. That said some sincere people out there. Would recommend a guy called Charles Archer for any new investors. Totally sincere. He knows a lot more than me.

Ra there are many on these boards who are insincere. I was always brought up to be honest ( more fool me) I have 50 mil.

I am hoping things will come to a head soon. I am invested heavily here with lots of confidence. Not the worlds greatest investor but I’ve had a couple of wins along the way. It could blow up in my face if the hands of fate conspire. But I think not . We have the resource and it’s only a matter of time before Chudich delivers for us holders.

Mmm maybe just maybe Boil could help them out there.

Appreciate your posts Filthy. I am totally confident that Chuditch will eventually sell. That said I have a few bob invested in this share and let’s be honest when the SP is going south it’s not the best feeling. These posts and similar from the likes of CDF, Davies aka Scooby and Eddie make things a little easier.

Seem to remember the deadline for drill or drop on Dunrobin is due in the next couple of weeks. Expecting an RNS announcing an announcement extension next week. Hoping for confirmation of a jv on the drill but not optimistic. This one’s gonna drag on. Still it’s in the back pocket for the future GLA

Hopefully some positive sentiment from the BOD at tomorrow’s AGM. I don’t anticipate anything concrete being announced there. But some positivity regarding pending news would be most welcome.

Speed - master the first rule is you don’t trust anyone on these boards. That said there are genuine guys on here. If you are not risk adverse and want to make serious money invest your spare cash in the FTSE Aim market. It can go seriously wrong and you’ll loose your shirt. So sensible to stick with BP. I have a long term holding here so not gonna mention holdings.
