Agree. The delay is simply about the Operator finalising the paperwork. If they were backing out we would have heard by now gla.

Interactive is the same Judge. A similar problem happened a few weeks back. There was a glitch in Aim.

Think aim is off line. Other holdings impacted as well.

Can’t buy or sell. It happened a few months back aim seems to have developed a glitch. Another one of my holdings won’t transact either.

I’ve always been taught to under promise and over deliver. Ask for 7 days extension and deliver after a couple or 3. It would be nice but these deals always seem to go down to the blood- wire 🤞🤞

I think the choice of words in the RNS was significant. The definition of “every confidence” being a “strong belief”. I have no reason to doubt their sincerity.

I think Orca will do the decent thing. If the license authority has not given an extension they let us know on Monday. I will buy some more as I am confident the deal will go through as the partner would have bailed by now. Just paperwork hiatus all good.

Deals often overrun par for the course in business. Just imagine if us holders had been faced with an RNS saying the deal was off. Also in the licensing authorities interest to give extension otherwise it’s back to the drawing board for them and a considerable delay and a shedload of extra work for the sake of a week,

From Steve Browns shareholder presentations it also seems like they have a good relationship with the licensing body. Also market rules dictate that they must caveat potential deals with warnings.

I’ve been with some companies where the CEO’s have been -hite at shareholder comms. Unless I am being totally blindsided Steve Brown always comes across as being excellent at Shareholder engagement. I can’t believe he would knowingly allow investors to invest/increase and ultimately loose money when an update could prevent. I’m very positive.

I think if the deal was dead in the water we would have heard. The wait is frustrating nonetheless I feel very positive 👍
