The words “currently” and “expected” within the above are red flags to me , suggesting possible risk to even get to Q4.

Why before AGM.

I always try to place myself in the companies shoes and ask the question, what would i do ?

I’d make damn sure the market understood the REASONS for my confidence before the AGM as often AGM’s are a catalyst for further SP slides.

The ramp gang would have you think i have a trading agenda timeline of this week, I don’t, it simply suits their game.

What i do have is a real fear for my investment should there be no positive news before the AGM for the reasons explained.

Dilution if it’s coming i suspect will be carefully written into the Partnership terms of engagement and not a typical raise.

With nothing positive prior to AGM i would then fear the FDA concerns have a more long term horizon with associated costs.

I honestly hope for all, the above proves incorrect.

I feel the company has this window to calm concerns and i and seems the general market is frustrated and ever more suspicious why they’re not using it to good effect .

Should the worst case scenario play out and funding requirements substantially grow, it’s a Partner (service provider) engagement terms where future dilutions might reside. Personally I’m not looking forward to that announcement as i foresee a diluting sting in the tail.

Have you looked at the SP and do you understand what time equals?…Money, more of it being required!

Given the circumstances, i think the market would be very welcoming of anticipated Complete Response timeline and happy to leave the completeness details,as you describe,for a latter date.

A, To state the REASONS for their confidence.

I know you’re intelligent, so it disappoints me to have to give an example for understanding.

Let’s say one of the FDA concerns regards quality of product.This a common deficiency in such applications.

The company have already advised they’re working on addressing the deficiencies, so outline to the market what that work is , more Quality runs etc and how your “confident” that will address the FDA concerns.

It’s really very simple.

Very silly statement !

Hemogenyx are a listed company, the directors have a legal responsibility to act in shareholder’s best interest .

Best interest right now would be to properly reassure the market in their lead product candidate Hemo’ Car-T’s ability to clear with the FDA.

The more time passes where they don’t succeed in doing so, the more my concern grows as to the reasons.

The fact Hemo’ have or haven’t received the 30day FDA deficiencies letter does not change their ability to issue a market reassuring RNS reach!

Why?

The company have already and repeatedly stated their “confidence” in addressing the FDA concerns.

To have that confidence they must understand the issues and therefore able to outline within a market reassuring RNS reach right now, the reasons for their confidence, should they wish .

We all know the FDA deficiencies letter will formalize the FDA concerns in detail but we also know(in accordance with std FDA process) the company will already have had discussions with the FDA as to the reasons for the CH.

Given the SP collapse at CH announcement you’d have thought the company would be quick to reassure the market as soon as they possibly could !?
