As you say , it depends on your standpoint on CBR.

Those who’ve been promoting as the future “Microsoft of viral treatments”, should now understand how unlikely that is and always was.

Why ?

To have to hustle for potential funding, (whilst commendable from VS), demonstrates without any ambiguity that big pharma aren’t knocking at the door .

The reasonable conclusion, …CBR’s not the miracle breakthrough some have described it to be.

For those who never believed,… solid confirmation .

CBR info is in the public domain for all to see including big pharma and no, it’s very unlikely VS is turning away multiple offers and preferring to fly solo when you consider the company’s cash position. Yes big Pharma would be interested even at this very early stage were it potentially the miracle breakthrough as others have claimed.

A small but important correction.

The introduction of Caribu Bio on this board was made by another NOT me !

I only mentioned them to demonstrate there are others working on AML potential treatments as without, i know my claim would have been challenged.

Ironically, a Hemogenyx ramper introduced them!

Why am I unconvinced on the longer term prospects ?

I think the company will struggle against competitors and with funding in getting H Car-T through clinic.

The odds of a success are historically stacked against them.

This combined with many other competing and better resourced Bio’s with many different approaches to AML treatment in the pipeline , enough for me to look elsewhere.

For example. I will be eternally great full to the ramper on this board who put me onto Caribu Bio. He/she suggested a comparison with Mcap which was ridiculous but made me research them. Just one of the many with more scientifically advanced potential solutions.

When the ramp gang on here state to “ trust the science” it really is important to do the best you can as non- scientists to understand it and others approaches .

I think i do and hence my view on the long term.

A final note. I really think you’re underestimating the need for a raise but i may stand to be corrected, we’ll see!

I do hope all LTH finally benefit .

I’m not qualified to offer the advice you seek .

I can tell you what I’m doing but it’s my position only and differs from yours.

The next news if good, i believe will offer a tight window of opportunity to sell between the Tranche1 SP of 2.5p, and the next placing .

I think any honest investor would agree a placing is very likely to come soon, VS has mentioned the change in the company cash position following CH. Placings being all normal and appropriate for small Bio’s.

For me the play is only short term , I’m unconvinced of the longer term opportunity. In the short term in my opinion it’s simply a question of what’s the additional SP opportunity before a placing .

Should any investors have listened to me, they wouldn’t have sold before this rise , so your comment below couldn’t be more incorrect.

We’re i a suffering LTH , whenever the next positive news arrives I’d have my sell instruction in place at just below the Tranche 1 level regardless of how impressive the news might appear and i’d be reluctant but willing to crystallize a loss and move on.

Just saying what i’d do, and not offering advice !

Now consider, the company Director’s have a duty to maximize shareholder value.

Should the CH deficiency be a significant and costly issue to rectify, would it be better to delay such a communication until other positive news is available!?

The above scenario would answer the question .
