If you wish to expand on SoL and short interest then please do so.

Looking at the new vacancies, it looks like TLY are setting up a new office in Cardinal Sq, Derby, . Same location as South Derbyshire CCG...

Renting Serviced Offices in Derby is far cheaper than in Bloomsbury London and they could get more space.
They moved from their previous offices a couple of years ago, as it was getting too small for their needs.

NHS England is Head Quartered in Leeds, so a new office in Derby will also be closer to them... so could be a good strategic move.
