Candy Ventures SARL remains the beneficial owner of the shares, subject to the pledge, and retains full voting rights attaching to the shares. Candy Ventures SARL is a person closely associated with Steven Smith, a non-executive director of the Company, who is a person discharging managerial responsibilities.

Also to note: Wallace legal team who discharged the WWFO are now back representing Aaqua and co. They wasn’t for a while. There’s been more court court activity the past few days too. Maybe something is about to give.

This is getting concerning. You’re having a full on breakdown in a board mate. Sometimes it isn’t worth it. I’d suggest to take a break and look after yourself mate, genuinely.

The Bloomberg isn’t updated mate. This was established a long time ago. You may want to trail back in some RNSs.

Bloom’ isn’t always accurate as it keeps some historical data that ain’t refreshed. Look closer and you’ll see.

BOOM keep their page updated very well. You could actually ask BOOM to confirm if you’re that concerned but I’ll save you the trouble and tell you now it’s not accurate.
