Until the regulators green light the aquisition I would expect it to trade between .75p-1.10p . I want more details about how they plan to raise $100m odd to refurbish the mine shaft. Could be some dilution there. Good luck.

I don't think EIA approval will move the sp not sure what will in the near term but a hostile takeover offer of say around 30p.

They can't an extension as far as I am aware. Either they close the deal within max 9months and if they can't they'll need to start over again. Which will be a second 9 month deadline to get the CP's complete. Not sure why they'd need longer than 9 months though.

I wouldn't hang the failure of this company to deliver on McClelland, it's completely down to Manini.

Manini has been CEO for over a decade and they still don't know what's under beutong, that sort of highlights the problem. Most of us want a profit before we die.

Yeah I'm happy in uranium for sure. Big supply deficit and set to grow much bigger in next 5-10 years. Lot's of nuclear power being built out around the world supply won't keep up. My time horizon in NEO energy metals is about 2 years.

What I think is of no importance and I can't predict the future. But given how slow this is to play out I feel it will be another 6 months before sp starts to break out. If EMH takes this all the way to development the sp will remain in place for a couple years, the market can't undervalue it forever. Production in 2029-30 if construction goes well.

Well, for clarity you seem to think this is a done deal and it will be approved by the czech gov. If that were true a buyout offer would've already been put forward. Radio silence and a static undervalued sp tells me differently.
