@Bonkers yeah makes sense, due diligence is often a long process. But I still think they'll tie it up one way or another. All the usual daily posting traders on here now desperate because they've been stuck in this longer than they thought or wanted. This hits 2p they'll be gone.

Hi bonkers, I personally feel Adams could do another quick discounted placing for the remaining £20m just my gut feeling. It would explain the jittery sp over the past couple months as should be slowly moving up as construction start approaches. There's clearly a big problem with the remaining funding. Any thoughts?

How do they come to 13.5p before finance ? Seems a bold claim to me and highly unlikely. Hope I'm wrong that's 20x upside.

@Crisu, montage has superior management and is ahead of schedule this one is behind. Remember couple years back it was q1 2028 full production now it's mid 2028.

Hi Crisu, it's just my hunch not gospel of course, I can't see the future. But one thing is becoming clear this is NOT following the typical pattern most miners do when transitioning from explorer to developer status and I don't know why. Normally the price takes off from construction start there's no interest here which I put down to past problems with delays and BS from Adams. IMO only.

Looks like I was right this will remain around 1.5-1.8 right up to start of production possibly a few months sooner then BOOM. That is if construction goes phase goes well.

Finance is on schedule? Really, it was scheduled to complete end of feb it's now mid march. He'll have to do a fundraise and soon, otherwise it'll full production in 2029. This is not looking good.

No, I believe there'll be a re-rate but not before start of production and sale of gold. I'm still watching carefully from the sidelines and the sp says it all. This has to be the slowest transition from explorer to developer I've ever witnessed. Either they have the $20m or they don't you can't be half pregnany Harry. As for the lassonde curve, that's going in reverse for KEFI.

As long as it takes. I only need to double my money for early retirement so I'm not that bothered but timing here is critical. Right now more traders than investors and Institutions aren't touching this yet either.

Dvharrison, I won't buy until all traders, such as yourself, are out. Only then will it move up to where it should be. Remains on my watchlist.
