Negative news about the war is priced in already

Price did not go down to £9 after the results and neither before the results so I don't see why it would now!

The negative news around it is all priced in and that is the reason why Wizz is at these levels.

With market cap so low and if the top 10 pharma are looking at the data then now is the time to accept a deal? How else is Tim planning to increase the market cap before accepting a deal? He should have gone with the deal when SP was at 15p+. Saying that setting a timeline is putting him under pressure to accept a deal is not true in my opinion. How did he not realize it before announcing to the market that 2025 is the year of the deal? Why is it is so difficult to accept a deal after setting the year end deadline for the deal? Just accept some deal and get the trial started. It is not difficult to put the terms and conditions for the deal if the trial is successful. Tim has done this for P3 trial already. I'm frustrated buying IMM in JISA account. Tim has made himself good money for this Xmas but ruined rest of us! RANT NOT OVER

It is madness saying only peace with Russia is for Ukraine joining NATO. If this happens then Putin will start a bigger war in the fear that more neigbouring countries would join NATO. US and EU are to be blamed for prolonging this war. They are asking Ukraine to continue the war but have not accelerated the process for UKR to join NATO so far.

The best deal for Ukraine is to not join NATO and in return ask Russia to pay for the reconstruction of Ukraine and Ukraine to not concede the territory. Russia could ask for all its frozen assets released and sanctions removed. I do not see why this is not the best deal for Ukraine and for Russia?

Obviously US and EU will not like this deal because they want to benefit from this war after they have supplied the weapons and money for the war so far! They are the ones who prolonged the war. US and EU are the ones who don't care about people getting killed. They are just putting blame on Putin.

They want to seize Russian assets and also get their money back from Ukraine in the long term. Putin sees this but not Ukraine!

US and EU still do business with Russia but tell other countries to not do business with Russia! Why Ukraine can't see this?

With respect to recovery plays Wizz is one in the aviation sector but there are plenty others too on LSE. Few like GLEN, builders like TW., utilities like BT.A etc.

But so agree that the Ukraine war is already priced into WIZZ share price. If it wasn't then recent peace talks would have taken WIZZ SP to 1400 and higher already. Peace talks will resume and Zelensky has to concede the territory, not nice for Ukraine people but at least they can hope that war ends and they can their normal lives back. How long otherwise they want to carry on?

I just now observed that short position ticked up on 28th Nov when the offer announcement was made! I wonder why?

Are they expecting that there would be no further offer by the deadline of 26th Dec and price would go back to what it was before the offer announcement?

If that happens then I may have to click on those ads on this site to simmer down the frustration.

I think with the budget next week, all UK stocks will not move much. New positions will not be taken by the IIs until there is a clarity on the budget.

Until the budget day, Wizz might linger around the current prices.

It is really frustrating to see this go down everytime I top up.

If RYA already rose 40%+ then why would you want to buy it now? You should have bought it before it rose. It is buy low sell high right? Wizz is at its lows and it is the one to be bought not RYA as a 40% rise from today is possible with wizz but not with RYA IMO

Barclays have been good with their targets and I trust their assessment. But market forces can control the price although some do not agree. It is more like if there is short attack then other would follow. Based on results yday I don't see shorts would attack this again. Slow upwards tick from here IMO

20k profit is equal to almost £200k initial purchase! Brave man to go with such amount into one share just before the results day! Congrats! I think you can make much more if you hold on to your investment for even just 1yr. I can see this flying back to £13 before Xmas.

EDV is planning to return more money to the shareholders whereas FRES is considering an acquisition. I think FRES bet on acquisition is a bet which may or may not work depending on Gold prices next year. It is still a wise move to increase the revenue and hopefully make bigger revenues and profits with gold price staying at current levels or higher. So which is a better play EDV or FRES?
