I will try buy back in tomorrow, but im 100% sure it will be atleast 30%. With an expect increase of 50% on revenue with 2 years, bringing us to 1.5b+ without taking the growth of the rest of our brands. - Big Numbers again Mervy Boy!! Just fiction though isnt it?

Hmmmm bit of a weird acquisition in my view. Not sure Debenhams suits Boo's portfolio and i doubt just buying a brand name suddenly means all the ESG concerns go away.

Also, Boo were / are good at fast fashion, so now what they are going to start selling homewares, and shower gel?

I fear, Boo are worried about how they will keep up the growth numbers and this is a desperate way to do it, but with all these brands they run the risk of scaling up beyond their capabilities.
